Ordered a phone from Boxedtech…. When it arrived I opened the box and only a charger and battery in the box, NO PHONE! This is obviously extremely disappointing. I assumed after buying it from tescos it would be legit, but after reading all of the bad reviews now I wonder what tescos are thinking using this company and wish I’d read the reviews prior to buying!

I paid £10 for overnight delivery on a Thursday evening and it didn’t arrive until Tuesday. I emailed twice, once on the Monday to ask where the products were and again after delivery to ask for a refund of the delivery cost, and have not received any response.

I placed my order on 11th August and still waiting for my parcel, but you are stating it has been shipped and delivered, BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT

Becoming a regular story , ordered a phone via Tesco Marketplace, BoxedTech never dispatched it.
They did not reply to email or telephone calls, on many occasions.
After 5 weeks, Tesco refunded me.
They should drop BoxtedTech , they are operating like a scammer.

Similar to Kate below, I brought a new phone through Tesco Marketplace. Despite paying express delivery it didn’t arrive. Been messaging them daily. Apparently the house name was missing off the address. Despite giving it to them, FedEx still didn’t attempt to deliver it. Brought one elsewhere and advised multiple times i no longer need this and to refund me as they didn’t deliver it. Now I’m in a circle where they keep saying it has to be delivered and refused, but won’t deliver it. Was then told it had been returned to them as undeliverable. Also was told to raise a return request. Now I can’t contact them through Tesco Marketplace. I’m not well and this is causing lots of unnecessary stress. Avoid these crooks.

Ordered, paid extra for next day delivery.
3 days later I was told I'd be getting a refund. No explanation.
No refund.

Only gave 1 star as 0 not available!
Product advertised as in stock but payment returned with no communication or reason a few days later . No response to any queries. Wouldn't recommend thus company.

Never received any tracking information, paid £10 next day delivery and have had nothing, called the number numerous times, used the chat bot and no human interacts and emailed and still not a word. I'm starting to feel I've been scammed now and I'm devastated as I now can't afford to buy another phone else where

Item arrived quickly in a new conditioned.

Bought a phone from them via Tesco Marketplace. Changed my mind within hours (saw it £50 cheaper elsewhere) and tried to cancel before it was dispatched, but couldn't contact them - their phone number always goes to voicemail and they invite you to leave a message for a callback which they never give, emails aren't replied to, webchat is a bot which tells you to call them and says it's putting you through to a real person but doesn't. Tesco also tried to speak to them but couldn't get through. So the phone was sent, and since then (nearly 3 weeks) I've been trying to arrange a return, but they delayed accepting it for over a week, eventually accepted it without notifying me (I have had to keep checking on the Tesco marketplace website), but then I can't return it because Tesco marketplace says to book it with Evri, but the Evri returns site doesn't have either Tesco or BoxedTech on its list of companies it does returns for. So it looks like BoxedTech haven't registered with Evri, to avoid having anything returned. Still impossible to contact BoxedTech, spoken to Tesco umpteen times and they can't get hold of them either. It's a lot of money to be out of pocket, and BoxedTech clearly operate a system of being uncontactable and avoiding returns as well as charging inflated prices. They seem to have turned into a scam company after OK reviews a few years ago

Offering something that is not available. Offer a substitute, but never send it. Ask how they did when they've messed me about for over a week! I better get full money back! No delivery. Poor communications.

Good price easy purchase and fast delivery

Excellent pricing, item as described and unmarked. Battery seems ok too.
Shipping was faster than expected tbh.
Only -vs, if was picky, were a poor response to a query i had about the order, and minor damage to packaging in transit.
Overall v happy with purchase.

Scam. Do not buy. Parcel never arrived.

Ordered a product with next day working delivery (extra £10 cost). Nothing delivered over the next 2 working days and no update since original order confirmation.

I have contacted via email and phone but no response.

Would suggest others not to purchase from this company. If in doubt, try call them first and see if they answer.

I was very impressed with the website to start off with as I'm not tech savvy and don't like tech to be honest. I knew what I wanted and found it on the site with the minimum of fuss. Very happy with the product and the price too.

Because my phone has been arrived, very quick and I am happy about that and for me is phone good and good price.

You dont answer your phone, your chat doesnt work, you dont return calls when a message is left and you dont reply to e mails. Set of jokers, would not buy a box of smarties of you lot. hope you go out of business soon.

Zero customer service, they have my money, not even sure I will get my phone, definitely one to avoid.
Tell you there is a live chat, there isn't, never answer the phone and never reply to e mails. Do not buy anything from these cowboys.
Haha, just proved my point took them over 2 months to even respond to a review. Jokers, just avoid them and save yourself the grief.
