Excellent service except for the shipping charges to NI which is still part of the UK so should not be an additional fee. I should have been able to avail of the 'free shipping over £100' offer.

I know you chatted with colleagues on Livechat ahead of ordering who explained that as per our website T&Cs our free shipping over £100 ex VAT applies to UK Mainland only, and over £250 ex VAT for NI & ROI orders, this is due to fees from our courier companies. I'm glad to see you were able to use our new customer discount though, which saves more than the courier costs!
