I ordered diabetic socks
I ordered diabetic socks. I wear a 10 /2 US shoe. I ordered an XL. Could not get my toes in it let alone my foot. Either I received the wrong size, package said XL or your size chart is WRONG. I could not even get my fist in the sock. Not happy at all.

I am older and ordered a brace I thought I would be able to use on my own. It turns out I could not and they were very easy to deal with for doing my return and refund. I will definately recommend this business to my friends and family for there needs. I will also use them again when the need arises.

The brace I ordered seems a bit too…
The brace I ordered seems a bit too large even though I carefully measured the arm as instructed. In addition, it did not come with a thumb strap. Two strikes made this disappointing for my husband and I.

Added item to order charged shipping
When I placed my order, it asked me if I wanted to add another item. I did add the item, but then it created a separate order and charged me shipping. I was able to contact customer service and get it grouped as one order.
