Our online and very cost effective solicitor had to prepare a deed of covenant for a Bradley Haynes solicitor's client because they were too lazy to do it themselves. The contrast between the efficiency of our solicitor and the lack of urgency and willingness from Bradley Haynes is astonishing. Now being told they are closing for Christmas one week prior to Christmas day, so won't action anything.
Atrocious, lazy solicitor

In shock about how bad the one solicitor is in this firm.
He made two verbal promises, which is a legal contract in itself.Witnessed. To no avail.
Charged fully upfront.
Won't be doing that again!
Feel sorry for his assistant who was very good.
Tried to charge me an extra £1000 to add a clause into a lease!
Then on the completion date, informs me that he needs to get permission from my mortgage provider !!!!
Why didn't he do this earlier???
It might take them weeks to reply.
I'd previously asked my provider about it. They said it should be fine if done via a solicitor.
I also emailed to ask how to go through the complaints procedure, never got a reply.
My recommendation would be to avoid this firm!
P.s The receptionist was excellent.
