I have been taking my vehicles to the Luton branch for at least 5 years now and was never let down, Amar and the team are very professional and always ask before replacing any parts or doing any work. Most of the time I wait for my car if a small issue or service and it's great to see how they prioritise and deal with other customers too.

2nd time using this garage and felt really let down. The car was given back in a poor state. Took in for a service and told needed realignment even though nothing felt wrong with it but thought fair enough they are the experts but afterwards the car was severely pulling to the left, service light on, error message stating there was a tyre pressure problem and then as driving the car the traction light intermittently started coming on. Also parked by their car wash so the car was filthy when collected. Paid a lot of money for repairs to be made only for it to be returned with problems, which is concerning because was a test drive not done afterwards? and if so there is no way they could not have noticed these problems which is the main concern really and a huge safety concern. Car taken back to be rectified and appointment made with manager of the company, who was late, rude, did not listen and stormed out as he stated he had given enough of his time after 27 minutes . Would not recommend after this experience. Clearly not a man who values any negative feedback or concerns about safety. Very disappointed

I have been taking my car to Trevor, Amar and the team for approximately 10years and I wouldnt chose to go anywhere else. Everyone in the team is always so willing to help, accomodate when I can bring my car in, reasonable prices, great advice, friendly and great service overall.
Highly recommend! And also the cleanest toilet Ive ever seen in any car garage! Haha

Was in a bit of a bind this morning. Alternator belt snapped and left me stranded in Luton. Having called Halfords, Quickfit and several other local garages with no availability for the day (presumably due to the backlog of MOTs), Brake and Service World gave me the best quote and had my car in for the fix within the hour. Staff were very friendly and helpful and had the car ready within an hour of my arrival, can’t recommend enough!

happy driver...i phoned brake and service world for a mot as mine had days to go they fitted me in and did the job in the time frame they stated with no hanging about ....no stress and im able to not lose work...will use them again great service.

Just had 2 tyres supplied & fitted by B & S world Letchworld, again really good service & reasonable prices..have used them before & will use them again in the future

Have used this garage for many years now.
Always impeccable customer service from all the staff.
Just had some more work carried out on my vehicle by b & s world, all completed in just a few hours, very reasonable charge, and staff awesome as usual.
I cannot recommend these guys enough!!

AN ACT OF KINDNESS !!!!!!!
My tyre was loosing air and needed re-sealing and I went here after work as it was open and near by. When I went to pay the man asked where I worked and because I am a key worker he insisted that he did not want any money for the job. Thank you for kindness shown it is much appreciated.

Brake and Service World did great work on my vehicle replacing tyre purchased through Black Circle and also doing work on brakes and wheel alignment. Price competitive. And has parking and clean. pleasant customer waiting facilities. May they continue the good work...

Although the service was very good they made an error that i did not notice. They recorded my as mileage 1000 less than it was on the dial. I did not see that difference and went on driving but later when I wanted to sell my car, the report identified milage discrepancy and DVLA could not help as they need proof that I don't have. The MOT station suggested their terms & condition of correction in a week's time. Partly it was my responsibility to check details but my hectic life-style and trust on services made me a victim. Now I feel horrible as I have no proof for DVLA and none can guide me. I was not my mistake but the MOT service person's finger slip on the keyboard.
My car is already below 60K mileage and not worth even £1000, why would I bother to change mileage?

Very reliable and recommend it. I booked for MOT online £29.95 and they tested all bits and also did change a bulb. Still did not charge me any extra penny. This garage strengthened my faith about honesty and good customer service. They are AA certified and they have decent waiting room with clean toilet. This was my first time to get MOT and now thinking about getting my car service from there. I suggested Mr Amar to work with School of E&T, University of Hertfordshire and benefit from government's degree apprenticeship offer for staff. This is second garage in Luton who served me accordingly. Another garage with similar honest and professional attitude is at 188-190 Leagrave Rd, Luton but parking is a big issue there, hence' I needed another one and I am glad I found this one.
