Can't fault the whole process. Will definitely buy from them again

I would not recommend buying from this online shop. I made a purchase 3 weeks ago. After calling on the Monday after the send week the told me that the order was with the shipping company and they would see what the hold up is and call me back. More than 2 days later, I called them back to get an update and was told the same thing. I informed them that I was already informed of this and nobody updated me. I said that I’d rather a refund at this point so that I can purchase my shoes elsewhere. I was told point blank that they wouldn’t refund me as the order is supposedly with the shipping company already. This is a lousy and rude company to deal with and their processes are awful.

BAD SERVICE and POOR QUALITY PRODUCTS!!
I had to get Office of Fair Trading involved.. which they lied too.. they said to them i could get a refund BUT when asked for with a copy of the email.. THEY REFUSED!!
DONT BUY FROM THEM!!

Purchased a pair of shoes. Sizing is wrong. UK11 is not equal to US12.
Tried to return them. Return postage is excessive. Called them and not helpful. Will not purchase from them again

Genuine outlet with quality products at reduced prices. Although the shoes chosen were too tight (European fit), the company is professional and returning the goods for a refund was no problem. Will definitely shop again.

After much driving around to many shoe retailers and being shocked with the price quality brand sneakers, I decided to see what outlets were online. After the big retailers paid Google ads I came across a couple of smaller independent retailers and After some research decided to purchase a pair of Mizuno wave 29 at 60% the coast of major outlets. My sneakers arrived 4 days after placing the order which I thought was quick considering I live rural and in a different state to the warehouse. The shoes fit perfectly thanks to BrandHouse direct fitting guide, and are very comfortable, lightweight yet durable enough to tackle my physically demanding job. I would definitely recommend you give these guys a go. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have bought shoes from here in the past and all has gone ok but I am finding customer service really rude, not responding and not refunding my money for a recent pair of kids leather boots that disintegrated within the first few weeks of wearing them. I have been so disappointed as this is where I usually buy all my kids shoes

Apparently my shoes were delivered this afternoon...with someone waiting specifically to receive them. The picture of the delivery shown is of the river at the end of the street...NOT of the parcel at my house. Apparently it has been left elsewhere!! A very unsatisfactory delivery company.

not a good product (hiking shoes), refunded but lost the original shipping ($12) and return postage as well.
So this being an online business, not recommended for a customer experience.

Brand house Direct has a great selection of shoes. Even better is their integrity. Returns and exchanges are very easy. They even answer the phone!
Integrity for me is the most important thing. I’m so sick of shady companies. They make purchasing, return and exchanges very smooth. I don’t buy a lot of shoes as I have a broad foot size 10. I love that they have Alegria, a more attractive type of orthotic shoe. Thanks for running a great company.

From order to delivery took less then a week. Returns were simple.

Finally found a company that has high-quality shoes at a really great price. They have different brands than the other shoe places, and they best suit me and fit beautifully.
Dealing with the company is extremely easy. The orders are delivered quickly no issues with returns. You can get them on the phone if you need them truly all around professional

I found this website by accident.
I needed new work boots.
I found a pair I liked at a good price so decided to give it a go.
The order was made and I received the boots in 3 days.
Great quality and a great price
Wore them to work the next day and found them to be super comfortable

Ease of ordering, product is great and delivery was good.

Sent me the wrong size then told me I had to pay to return the shoes for an exchange. They refused to send a reply post label even after I sent photos and proved that their sizing chart is contradictory. Be wary when ordering from here, their customer service is seriously lacking and very rude. They also blocked me on social media so that potential buyers could not be warned.

It has been 10 days and have heard nothing from them about posting the order.
Their tracking page says item not yet posted?
Where is it?
I feel I am talking to an AI bot online as zero care factor.
