BrandRep Avaliações

this company is a scam. They will not allow me to cancel after I fulfilled my 6 month commitment. They did not help with marketing at all.

Great customer service, This team is on top of the game and ready to help your business be noticed. no hidden agendas or costs. Thanks again brand Rep for keeping your word!

I had a really unpleasant experience with brandrep. I don't feel as if they were worth the money. I tried to cancel, one of their sales people called and talked me into 6 more months at a reduced rate and assured me they would be "actively working behind the scenes" and they basically just send you your searched activity each month. I then was charged another $1400 for another 6 month time frame, 8 months after the previous one... As soon as I saw it appear as a payment, I emailed and called them to cancel and refund that amount. My bank denied the Fraud because brandrep claims it was a completed transaction and I needed to contact them PRIOR to them pulling the payment. I had no idea they would pull the payment, and it didnt line up that it was 8 months after the previous payment.... I've now spend 60 days trying to get the $1400 from them.... Please do not use this company. It's not worth the money, and it's very unfortunate.

BrandRep is great ! Had confidence rite of the bat.

I paid for a service that I have yet to receive. Despite my requests to speak with someone — including a manager — no one has contacted me.
This situation is unacceptable. I was expecting support and results, but nothing has been delivered so far.
I kindly request immediate follow-up regarding this matter. If the service cannot be provided as agreed, I want a refund.

My experience was amazing and easy. They pretty much did everything for me and made it easy. Definitely money worth.

Daniel and Jhosselyn did an amazing job! They helped me get my Google business back after I was suspended from using it due to switching companies I worked for. Jhosselyn was very persistent and made sure we were able to secure it!
