To be perfectly honest I think I would go as far to say this is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I felt their website does not offer what it says it will (perhaps I just misunderstood what I would get for the £50 a month) and then when you try to cancel the ridiculously priced monthly subscription they seem incapable of doing this. Just asking the same questions even after you’ve already responded. I’m now on week 2 of sending cancellation requests and still haven’t had this confirmed to me!
I appreciate they probably don’t want to loose my monthly subscription however forcing me to stay by ignoring me just isn’t on.

Sometimes they are okay but this year they have definitely been slacking and have also become greedy, doing little work for lots of money. They are poorly managed actually. This has always been obvious.

I’ve unsubscribed from their emails 5 times but I still receive them.

BrandYourself is excellent at giving you the tools to manage your online reputation. I simply did not realize how the internet made me so vulnerable until I googled my name and realized how much disingenuous information was out there on so many websites designed to scare people. I came to BrandYourself because I was dealing with a negative review from someone I used to work with and I worried that it would hurt my career since it showed up in Google. I couldn't afford an ORM company that costs $10K or more.

While I came for a very specific problem, I ended up enjoying more of the features brandyourself offered. I never worried about my social media but after a quick scan I realized there were quite a few things that could be...embarrassing to say the least.

On the negative side, I'd say they offer so many value props that some of them can get lost. I'd recommend taking the time to explore everything.

I have been using BrandYourself for half a year now and it is a great site, they will tell you which post(s) of your's would be deemed inappropriate, tell you about data breaches and more perks. It offers very limited service to the free version though.
