Excellent sales experience – friendly, responsive and incredibly helpful from start to finish. Unfortunately, the Service/Aftersales experience has been the complete opposite, with frustrating back-and-forth communication and very little reassurance. A real shame, as such an excellent start has been overshadowed by very disappointing aftersales support.

Quick and easy system to book the service/MOT and hire car. When I took my car in I was seen quickly and the work was carried out in good time. Impressed with the feedback about my car and what work may be needed in the future.

Service staff were friendly and helpful and kept me informed. The technician managed to find and fix a squeak which had recently occurred.

I am writing this review to share my extremely disappointing experience with Braleys Honda. Based on my experience, their sales practices and vehicle standards fall well below what anyone would expect from an authorized main dealer.
Here are the key issues I encountered:
* Aggressive Hard-Selling & Pressure Tactics: Prior to even seeing the car physically, the sales manager aggressively pushed me to transfer the full payment of roughly £10,000 in advance. A day before my visit, the manager even raised his voice over the phone, telling me to pull out of the deal because "10 other customers were waiting for the car."
* Misleading Pre-Purchase Information: I was provided with photos, videos, and descriptions over the phone that completely failed to reflect the true state of the vehicle.
* Severe Undisclosed Exterior & Interior Damage: After driving 2.5 hours on a hot Sunday to inspect the vehicle, I found:
* Over 10 deep scratches across the front, rear, left, and right panels—with paint stripped down to the bare metal.
* Significant damage/fogging on both front LED headlight units.
* Interior condition far worse than described: heavily worn steering wheel, badly worn seat bolsters, and noticeable stains on the rear seats.
* Questionable Service History Claims: I was explicitly assured in writing and over the phone that the car had a full Honda service history. However, upon arrival, they claimed they couldn't locate the service book and offered to simply issue a blank replacement book and stamp it on the spot.
When I arrived, the customer welcome from management was noticeably unwelcoming, but the appalling condition of the car made the decision simple: I walked away immediately.
I have full documentation, recordings, and photographic evidence supporting everything stated above. A franchise carrying the Honda name should adhere to high standards of transparency and vehicle preparation. Potential buyers should exercise extreme caution before dealing with this site or transferring any money in advance.
Given how severely this location fails to meet standard main dealer specifications, Honda UK should urgently review and revisit Braleys' franchise certification.

Booked my car into Brayleys Ewell for 8.30am on 28/7/26. I was seen straight away. I was offered a drink from a very clean drinks station and parked myself on one of their comfy chairs. I was kept informed about how the service was going, and when they had finished they kindly parked it on the forecourt and not that god damn awful carpark that sets all the sensors off in my car as you wiggle out of it. Thank you for getting it done quickly and to the lovely polite admin staff. I will be back next year 😊

Servicing work was well explained and carried out accordingly in a timely fashioned while keeping me informed.
Only one issue compared with other Honda and Toyota service centres which the car will be washed as a courtesy, so was disappointed.

Reception staff welcoming and efficient, vehicle working great since service. No complaints.

Very happy with the car. Some issues along the way which were mostly fixed, which extended the pick up date, but overall a good deal and a fair Part Ex price.

Loved the friendly and knowledgeable young man at the front desk. He explained things so well, put my mind at rest re replacing my tyres.
Disappointed my car was returned unwashed. Last time it was cleaned beautifully.

Courteous reception and efficient dealing with the problem and clear explanation given to my queries

A routine service and MOT made easier by having a pick up and drop off service, something we look for. Loose a star as we now have to pay £50 for this and unlike in the past the car is returned without a clean and valet. Afterwards we were told that a tree is planted somewhere instead? Not sure where. A new system is in place whereby a short video is sent with mechanic filming your car. Then a digital report is sent and you click to approve spending on anything suggested. Would rather a quick call to explain any issues and take payment. Don't require mechanic to be a vlogger as well. Always happy with a simple call as in the past, don't want staff to be cut.

Didn’t receive a reminder for annual service and MOT.
Communication was poor. Unanswered phone when trying to book and also on service day no answer when seeking progress report. This was important to me for arranging pick up. The Car was not washed on collection. On the plus side, a useful little video was received showing condition of brakes, tires etc The general impression is of a service under strain.

I had visited several dealerships before arriving at Braleys in Ewell. I was immediately impressed with the calm and relaxed atmosphere. All the staff were kind and helpful. No hard selling
Paul Simey was the person who helped me through the whole procedure of buying my car. He immediately put me at ease. He was very kind and understanding, explaining things in language I could understand.And always available to answer any questions I had.

I would definitely recommend Brayleys Ewell

Booking very straight forward and friendly. Taking in on the day seamless and efficient. Service conducted in super quick time. Follow up very efficient. Pick up swift, friendly and slick.
Will look to use their service department every time.
