I have found the assistance at the Brayleys Honda dealership in Orpington very helpful and explained everything that have done during the car service.

My problematic Honda Crv which had been a nightmare for 8 months, and made my life a living hell was finally fixed, or so I thought.
Now I have a jerking in the automatic gearbox at around 22 miles per hour when changing gears up and down.
Over a six week period this gradually got worse to such an extent that it resulted in all passengers jerking in their seats every time I drove the car, and asking me what's going on. I took the car in for service
on the 7th August 2025 and while test driving the jerking had disappeared. However, later in the day while driving the jerking returned again.
WHY HAS MY HONDA CRV IDTEC BECOME SO UNRELIABLE AND PROBLEMATIC.
I THOUGHT THE HONDA BRAND WAS SOMETHING ONE COULD TRUST FOR QUALITY AND RELIABILITY.........BUT THAT IS NOT MY EXPERIENCE.

I had some concerns about some issues on my car, I rang the service number to book an appt which wasn't very successful. I then rang the dealership direct and spoke to Thomas. Following this conversation he had one of the issues sorted immediately and processed a follow up on the remainder.
I then had a call from Debbie with an appt booked. The car was then booked in by Emma. They had my car less than half a day with issues completed except one, with my agreement to follow up.
A very professional polite service which restored my trust in the dealership and Honda. Well done.

I was greeted by Emma when I went to the service desk and she explained what the service people were going to do and also informed me that they would deal with the 2 recalls. When i picked up the car Emma was there to check that all was OK and handed me my keys

Car was in for its third service and MOT. Excellent customer service, clear communication and a detailed report on the completion of the work. Would highly recommend Brayleys as a Honda dealer.

Receptionist was very knowledgeable on my car's history and on technical matters not specifically related to my car. The car service was completed within the time specified at time of booking. The showroom and servicing unit were neat and tidy.

The service was,as usual,carried out very well plus a few small extras.
The two people working at the service desks, Muhammad and Emma were very knowledgeable and helpful.

I asked in addition to check an occasional slight clunking noise which I thought might be the rear differential. This was carried out and diagnosed as the rear wheels prop shaft.
We agreed that it was intermittent and not a problem at the moment but if it becomes a continuous sound I should bring the car back and discuss the options.

Excellent experience. Very friendly staff. Took my car in for a service and they complementary cleaned the car.

Always quick and easy. We drop the car off and we are informed about what is going to happen. At a later stage we are contacted to discuss any additional work and cost required. On collection the car has been cleaned inside and out. A video is sent to show us what has been done.

I was very pleased with Brayley Honda Orpington because they changed the faulty part on my car while I was waiting.

I went to Brayley Honda because a mechanic near me could not remove/change the spark plugs from my 2003 Honda Civic. This garage advised me to talk to a Honda repair specialist. I had trouble contacting Brayley Honda asked for a call back which never came. after repeated attempts I was put through to the wrong branch of Brayley Honda. I took my car in today and was advised that they did not want to even attempt to remove the spark plugs. They suggested if the plugs had seized and they broke Brayley Honda would have to send the head off to a specialist company. They suggested that I contact a company that specialised in seized plugs. I asked if they could recommend the company they would use so I could go to it directly. They had no names they could give me. The person dealing with me went off and googled two names one of which was across the road - but this new company does not deal with Hondas it manufactures parts for Ferrraris. I have to say that the whole approach by the person I was dealing with was that this was in his 'this is all too hard'. When I asked what the cost of removing a seized spark plug would be, he had no idea. I am very very disappointed and will not be using Brayley Honda again. Your staff were not rude, just very very unhelpful and uninterested in setting me in any direction which would help solve the problem that i had. This is on a car that has been serviced by Honda dealers most of its life!!! I expected better.

I am very satisfied with my experience when part-exchanging my old car for a new Honda Jazz hybrid.

My test drives were accommodating and informational. My Sales Executive focused on the quality of the Honda car and, refreshingly, did not denigrate other makes.

I was given an anticipated delivery date and I received an interim confirmatory update.

Collection day went smoothly and I was given plenty of time to ask questions and familiarise myself with the new features and controls.
