Car Service
The customer service agents at the counter were all very helpful and informative. The only negative is that all the paperwork is in my husbands name when it should be in my name. They couldnt do this on the counter and have to send direct to Honda. Still waiting for confirmation that this has been done

Request for replacement Jazz battery
I needed to have my battery in my Jazz replaced and I have given 4 stars as it was difficult to speak to anyone at Honda to request a booking slot. The following morning I did get a call back & was able to arrange to leave it at Ruislip the day after which I did. The young lady on the service desk was very pleasant & rang-me after lunch to say it was ready. Thank you for prompt service & would have given 5 stars if I could have got through on phone in first place. Maybe the telephone service could be improved.

A routine service and MOT.
A routine service and MOT was very easy with the help of the reception staff. An email with all the recommendations and followed up with a call from the service dept made the process very simple.

caused a problem and gave no help
Looked ok until I tried to start it the next day, for a funeral. Couldn’t open the boot wouldn’t start. So phoned for help, no help, no advice given can’t speak to anyone told just phone AA they will pick the car up and bring it to us. AA said no must have a mechanic first. Missed the funeral waiting for mechanic. Turned out the battery was drained when the software update was done. Tried to phone Brayleys nobody would answer couldn’t leave a message as the message box was full. No option to speak to anyone. They never called back about a loan car. Rubbish

Ram spontaneously took time out of his day when the person who I was meant to have an appointment with, ran over. He was patient and explained all options very clearly.
