From the very first phone call Juhel was eager to help and make it an enjoyable and easy experience. I really was only doing research but I found exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommend to Dealership as it was a most enjoyable experience

I took my car in for a routine service but made it very clear that the main reason was a noise from the rear of the car.

Brayley Kia told me it was “just a stone” and sent me away. I took the car to another garage, and within 10 minutes they found the real problem: loose shaft connections. They tightened them, and the noise disappeared.

On top of that, nobody ever answered the phone when I tried to contact the service department.

Very poor diagnosis, terrible communication, and a complete waste of time. I expected much better from an authorised Kia dealership.

Having replaced my Sportage with a much newer model, albeit at a different dealership, I visited Brayley Kia Enfield to see what options I had for a service plan. Kayleigh was able to provide me with all the information I needed to make a decision, which I did after reviewing it all at home. I emailed Kayleigh to make payment for my chosen plan and she responded quickly and efficiently which then enabled me to complete the transaction over the phone. All in all the process was made very easy.

I am very disappointed with my recent service experience at this Kia dealership.
I brought my vehicle in for a routine engine service. After collecting my car, I immediately noticed that the air conditioning was no longer working properly. When the vehicle was stationary, it was blowing warm air, and it would only blow cold air while driving. I drove the car like this for two days before contacting the dealership to report the issue.
When I called, I was told that the service was only an engine service and that no work had been carried out on the air conditioning system. However, after opening the hood myself, I found that the electrical connector for the radiator/condenser cooling fan had been left disconnected and was hanging above the radiator. This connector has a locking clip and does not simply come loose on its own.
It is very difficult to understand how the dealership can claim that nothing related to the air conditioning system was touched, when a locked electrical connector for the cooling fan was left unplugged after the service. Once I reconnected the connector, the air conditioning started working normally again.
What concerns me most is not only the inconvenience of driving for two days without properly functioning air conditioning, but also the lack of accountability when I reported the issue. Instead of investigating what had happened, I was simply told that the service could not have caused it.
I expect much higher standards of workmanship and honesty from an authorized Kia dealership. Unfortunately, this experience has significantly reduced my confidence in the quality of their service, and I hope they take greater care to ensure customers' vehicles are returned in the same—or better—condition than when they arrived.

SO impressed with the customer service that I have received from Brayley Kia Enfield and I would not hesitate to buy a car from them again. Anam dealt with my query superbly and I was so impressed with Kwame who sorted everything out for me when I dropped my car off and then picked it up. He was so very courteous, polite and helpful and a real credit to the company.

It started off with difficulties in booking in our car for repairs. However, after the car had to be brought in by the RAC and the initial issues with the time scale for diagnostics etc., and we explained our circumstances, Dawn was most helpful and dealt with the issues promptly and efficiently. This was very much appreciated.

In early April I placed two x £250 deposits to view two Kia cars at Brayleys Enfield. Neither of the cars were suitable but afterwards I had to request THREE TIMES for a refund of £500 and still nothing happened. However, after posting a poor review I finally received only £250 back, not the original £500. I responded by saying that I was still due another £250, giving once again the dates of the original payments. After another two weeks, I am yet to receive a reply and the second £250 from Braileys. Disgraceful customer service. (Simom Hewson, please note.) Next stop - Brayleys M.D. or KIA head ofice. AVOID!

Very helpful with regards to arranging a slot to suit the work to be done on our car and the timing of it.

Brayley Kia had served us well for over 10 years - we’re on to our third Picanto from them and have never been let down. The service booking process and efficiency, buying a new car - everything is easy to deal with. Their staff are knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and make every experience a personal one as if it’s only you that matters at that point. Well done and a big thankyou Brayley Kia Enfield!!

Excellent service and excellent customer service from all the service team

The experience is always good, quick service, the staffs are very kind and helpful and the booking process is really easy.

All round excellent process to book my car for it’s service at time which suited me, with reminders for the appointment.

A genuinely warm welcome at Brayleys, where I came for an interim service on the Niro EV and a test drive of the new EV2. Adele the service manager grows more lovely with each visit, and the new young Lady “Liv” on the desk is following in graceful footsteps. Adam and Jim were really knowledgeable on the EV2, though I was disappointed that KIA have dropped the one feature I really wanted, from the model range in the UK. (Gutted).
