Excellent customer service
Polite, quick service. Comfortable waiting area in showroom which allowed me to work for the 2 hours with complimentary coffee. Great service all round, car returned washed and hoovered!

At the launch of the EV2 I was so impressed, both with car, and the sales team promoting it, that I placed an order there and then. Subsequently I have dealt solely with Jonathan Leston who was outstanding in progressing the sale and guiding me through all the other things necessary to part with my old car and receive the new. Well done! I recommend him to everyone.

I was able to book my service…
I was able to book my service appointment very easily on the online calendar, and I received excellent service when I took the car in and collected it later on. I particularly liked the little video clip of the underside of my car, along with a verbal report.

Professional and prompt service
Very professional staff, right from reception to final service. We were requesting recovery and the staff promptly called back in time. Repair was done as promised within the time window initially suggested.

Fantastic expierence with understanding people!
I had a fantastic experience with Jon Simpson at Brayleys Cars. He understood what I was looking for and kept his eye out for a car that would fit. Once found he’d made sure the car was there the day I had a booked a test drive and walked me through every step of the way. As a woman having never bought a car through finance I of course brought my dad along with me. Jon was kind, friendly and understanding and helped every step of the way. I could not recommend more highly!

Great Customer Service
Great Customer Service. Not pushy. Very relaxed atmosphere in there. All staff very welcoming. I hadn't bought a car for over 15 years and being a woman buying a car on my own for the first time I was quite nervous. I needn't have worried, I met Natalie, she was excellent. She was very patient, explained everything about the car thoroughly. When I went to collect the car, she took her time with me and made sure I was completely happy before I drove off. I also had to ask a couple of questions later on and again, received excellent customer service. I would not hesitate to recommend Brayleys in Harpenden and especially Natalie.

Second car service
Friendly and professional service. The work was completed on time with an accompanying video, which was a nice touch. Car cleaned on return. Would definitely recommend.
