Excellent customer service prompt service

Great welcome and a good selection of cars with some great deals. Mohammed and his boss made the buying of a car effortless and I was very happy with the deal.

Extremely poor experience. I raised a complaint and was completely ignored by Nissan. I never took the vehicle but was still left out of pocket £250 plus additional costs. No apology, no contact, and no accountability. This has caused significant stress and is unacceptable.

The service and MOT were carried out very speedily. Any areas of concern were pointed out and advice given.

Clean and tidy showroom, very courteous service from all of the staff. The Salesman that sorted out my car was called Mo, he was very helpful, attentive, knowledgeable and efficient. Thanks to you all.

Dealt with Mohammed who was absolutely brilliant. Picked my new car on Monday and picked it up on Thursday! Fantastic service.

We collected our new car yesterday from Brayley Nissan Oldham, and the car is beautiful inside and out and is exactly what we wanted.
The young man who has helped us has been excellent, and kept us fully informed at every stage of the purchase, and he is efficient and pleasant, and he's helped us in every way he could, and we are happy with the service we have received from Zayne Khan and we would recommend Brayley Nissan, Oldham.

Smooth transaction from start to finish! Never thought buying a new car would be so easy !

I was quoted £45.00 for MOT but when I got my invoice I had been charged £54.85 When I was contacted about extra work ie replace wiper blades I was expecting all 3 to be replaced but the rear wiper which on inspection by myself on return of the vehicle showed signs of splitting & in my opinion should have been changed as you said in your safety check was showing signs of smearing. The car hadn’t been cleaned after the service.

Lost a star because in for a major service and my car was not hoovered or put through the car wash

Jack was great. Kept me informed throughout the process. Went above and beyond to deliver my car due to me being unable to drive after knee surgery.

My Nissan Juke failed on Friday evening 27/02/26. Called out the RAC who told me that the alternator was not providing the battery with any power. I was towed home as all Nissan dealerships would be closed.
I charged the battery up with the anticipation of taking it the short distance to my local Nissan dealership Brayley's Oldham on the Monday. I was expecting a few days without the car.
On early Monday morning I contacted Brayley's to be greeted with a very warm understanding of my situation by Colin Bradshaw. He immediately booked the car in and checked if I needed help to get to the dealership.
I had enough battery to make it. Upon arrival I was booked in and told I would be informed when repaired.
5 hours later I was informed the car was repaired and ready for pickup.
I can only say the experience by reception and service personnel in the repair of my car was excellent. I was treated with the utmost courtesy and professionalism in getting my transport back on the road. Breakdown was not good, repair and support by Bradley's was a service I would highly commend.
