Communication/ Video of health check on vehicle etc Major Service. Always find Brayles good. Only disappointment was car was Not returned washed vacuumed and wheels blacked Which Coventry Brayles alway did.

Service team were expecting me, updated me as the service and MOT was processed. Full report on completion.

Smooth process from booking my service by phone to check in and collection of my car on the day, service desk staff also very efficient and polite

My car received a full service and video feedback from the Machanic was really useful. Customer service from Lawrence was also respectful and verbal feedback on report from service was explained in detail. Howerer, what I did miss was the washing and hoovering of my car, in the past this was always done and it added that extra touch to the overall service, which always made me feel good.
I was able to work from the garage while I waited and enjoy 2 cups of their beautiful drinking chocolate.

My car was booked in for its 1st year service, I made the garage aware there was an issue with my gear selector at time of booking & was told it was a known fault & would be covered by the warranty. When I collected my car the gear selector had not been fixed & I am now awaiting a further appointment to get this fixed meaning I’ll have to travel to the garage again!
Also the garage have now stopped washing & vacuuming vehicles when in for a service due to water wastage which I understand for the wash part but how is water affecting a vacuum of the vehicle? I was also charged further £10 for a safety check that I don’t recall being agreed.
So all in all for the costly sum of £260 I still have a car with a faulty gear selector & a further trip to make so not ideal.

Vanessa was very polite and had excellent customer service skills. My car was ready earlier than expected and my bill explained clearly.

Freindly, professional service, no pressure sales, felt comfortable and they ensured that they dealt with all my requests regarding the new vehicle, fast delivery of said vehicle within 3 days.

Car broke down so was dropped off there with an expectation that I would have to wait for a few days/weeks for it to be looked at. David at Nissan, Wolverhampton, put me at ease and assured me they would look at it the same day. I soon had a phone call to say it was fixed (and cleaned). Excellent service, I was so impressed.

Helpful advice and service from Alan on the service counter. Kept me informed by phone and rang me when car was ready to collect.

Prompt and friendly service with good value for money

Had a fault with my new Juke. These were the only dealers that would take the car immediately.the vehicle had to be sent away to Gateshead to be fixed but they sorted me a courtesy car and kept me well informed on the repair.

Exceptional service we popped in to ask about when our car was due a service and they squeezed us in and service it the same day perfect
