Ringing to talk to someone was a complete nightmare as I had to ring 10 times and just kept saying department busy and I had to call new car sales I was told that service is short staffed. I appreciate this is the case, but I would have expected after 10 times to have the opportunity to talk to someone.

On the plus side when my wife took the car the gentlemen who washes the car helped her find a parking space and the gentlemen on the service desk was helpful and friendly. She did sit and wait which was a totally of 30 mins but during this time she observed the phones ringing whilst others were making tea in the kitchen and the service desk employee was dealing with customers and some customers waiting.

Very polite and helpful showed us how everything works and said if we have any issues just give him a call, and he will organise a tuition session.

Extremely helpful and friendly sales team when I visited a few weeks ago to arrange a test drive of two new Renault cars, the Clio and Arkana. You can test drive without the sales person so you can go for a really long drive to make sure you are happy with all aspects of the car. Subsequently ordered the Arkana which was a good deal and already taken delivery which was on the date agreed.

I can honestly say I went in without knowing what I wanted or what I was best for me but I had great advice and help from Tony and ended up leaving feeling very confident and happy with my decision

Great service and very professional from the service team. Our car was picked up for 1st service and drop back. Clear inside and out and on time.

Very good service from the sales representative understanding and well informing.

Having sold me the car, trying to get a repair or information seems impossible. The service dept never answer the phone and do not have an alternative system, like an answerphone to leave a call-back number. HOWEVER - an email via their website produced a response within 2 hours - and with helpful ideas/solutions to my problems...
I have revised my rating.
