The drinks I ordered were perfect. The customer service or lack of is the biggest concern.
Delivery was 3-4 days, it took nearly 2 weeks.
I have contacted 4 times about a missing item. To date they have not refunded, sent the missing item or replied to any of my emails

Amber from BrewDog managed sort our missing delivery out just in time for Christmas, DHL as the couriers awful service but brewdog really stepped up. Thanks for all you help and have a merry Christmas

Awful customer service. Ordered the advent calendar for my partner in November and still haven’t received it. Reached out 4 times for a refund and had no response. This is a £50 calendar! So annoyed and will absolutely not be using again.

Got delivered to the wrong house. Clear from the photos, sent emails 3 in 9 days no answer. Messaged them on Social Media no answer. No beer for a friends birthday and looks like he won’t get it for Xmas.

Hi brewdog I had a problem with one of my orders. I messaged Amber on messenger and she got my problem fixed, I had to reorder my order and it’s all sorted now. My son’s birthday is on Xmas day and he loves brewdog. I got him some vouchers and the 6 can and glass personalized tins. 10/10 for Ambers help.

Two companies only one decent

BrewDog Cardiff is a great bar with a wide range of brews. The welcoming atmosphere was made even better by friendly staff, especially Craig who helped with our orders and merch too!

I placed an order for two boxes of beer which included two bottles of sauce and two packets of spicy seasoning, which was intended for a Christmas present. I informed Brew Dog that one of the packets was missing. After 2/3 days they issued a £1.29p refund. I got back in touch to say, as it was a gift, I wanted a replacement item. After another delay I was told it wasn't cost effective to send a replacement. Really? Couldn't you just put a packet of spicy seasoning into an envelope and post it? Apparently not so I'm left with an incomplete gift. Won't be using your website again.

I ordered a large beer order on the 11th of December.Only part of it turned up.I keep checking the website for updates to see when the rest of the order would be delivered but no updates.There is no customer service phone number.You can raise a ticket but it comes back with an automated reply and you have to wait for someone to email you back.Its the 19th of December today and I still haven’t had an update.Customer service is shocking.If you like their beer, buy it in the shops but don’t order online as it doesn’t turn up.Very poor.
Update, Finally spoke to a nice lady called Kim on social media.She confirmed my order had gone missing.She offered a refund or a replacement but unfortunately not all the items were in stock and she couldn’t guarantee it would come before Christmas.I got a refund and I will be rushing around to find something else to buy my husband for Christmas.Thanks Brewdog.

Brewdog advent calendar never arrived and an invalid tracking number given and its now nearly halfway through December. Very disappointing.

I tried to contact support through email and their contact form to hopefully get resolved bit get no response except an auto-generated one saying they are busy. Now a bit worried I can’t even get a refund as it seems they are uncontactable.

I had complicated issue around company shares attached to an old email address it wasn't an easy fix - the email chain ran to 20 emails! But Kate who did support was a star along the way and the problem was eventually solved in time for Christmas, a Christmas miracle you might say!

I had to contact customer services after a gift I purchased had been tampered with. Although I was disappointed Brewdog did there best to compensate me. I was very grateful for the response I got. Good customer service.

Made a £70 pound order on the 1st December. Estimated delivery within 4-5 business days but there was a note to say that they were quite busy.

Small part of my order was delivered on the 9th (£15 worth), the rest has been sat at the DHL delivery since the 12th. I have raised tickets with both BrewDog and DHL plus also rung DHL but haven't heard anything.

I understand that this may be a problem with DHL but BrewDog chose them and also took nearly 7-8 days to ship my order. Wondering whether I'll ever get it or a refund. What annoys me is that the only emails I get my BrewDog are trying to get me to buy for Christmas. I would avoid if you want your goods before the new year.

Will not be purchasing online from Brewdog again as long as Yodel are still delivering. Completely terrible experience with the delivery.

Easy to order, quick delivery and delicious beer.

Needed to replace older beer glasses and opted to go for the BrewDog selections. Excellent quality glassware and really neat designs.
Just need to order more beer to fill them with 🍺😵‍💫😵‍💫🤪
