Very expensive compared to competitors
The service was very good but the prices are astronomical, around a third more expensive than elsewhere. On another occasion I was quoted £76 for a paint that I bought the same product elsewhere for £45, it is unjustifiable

Superb delivery
I had looked everywhere local and the wallpaper was sold out then I found some on Brewers site in Eastbourne . I’m near Oldham OL3 , I ordered the wall paper on Sunday morning even though it said next day delivery I didn’t think it would be with me ordering on a Sunday but low and behold it arrived Monday morning I would definitely recommend this company . Super fast service and delivery spot on 👍

New Roller Blind
Ordered a roller blind from the Eastbourne branch, including fitting. We received excellent service both in-store and with their fitting service. Highly recommend!

Item didn’t arrive in time and struggling to get refund
I didn’t receive the notification that my click and collect order was ready for collecting. Emailed to request refund as needed to sort an alternative day before. Local store called and I was told it had arrived. I asked for refund as was too late and was told refund would be processed. I was then contacted by central customer service who said I needed to go to local store to get refund…….Still haven’t had refund as haven’t been able to get in to store.
