By far the best paint supplier around..
By far the best paint supplier around... an absolute oracle of paint (and paint related) knowledge. What let them down was their reliance on technology... I was told that I'd receive a text message as soon as my order was ready for collection, that text never did arrive and I had to ring and ask if the paint was there...4 days after the due date, only to find it that it had been there 3 days waiting for me to collect it !!

Rude staff member at Woodbridge…
Rude staff member at Woodbridge Meadows, Guildford. I bought a 2.5L can of Sadolin Classic woodstain. The display price was £39.98 inc VAT. I paid £44.99 for it. Noticing the discrepancy I went back it the store to point this out. The young man insisted £44.99 was the correct price pointing it out in a catalogue and said it's been out of date since April. He persisted with this and eventually and reluctantly relented. Then he walked off to the till with a deep sigh and muttering, loud enough for me to hear, sarcastically something like "Okay then". I mentioned this attitude to who I assume is the manager who didn't reply or seem to care. The display price was incorrect for all this line of Sadolin Classic stains. It's nobody's fault except the store's if they display the wrong price. A simple apology would have done. Eventually a refund was give and I paid the displayed price. Very poor attitude.

Good service - eventually
I rang to enquire why my order hadn't arrived to be told that there had been a problem with the "system" the day I had placed the order but it would be re-ordered. It then arrived the next day. Just as well I rang!
Very pleased with the paint. The colour was exactly as expected.
