I have asked for a water based eggshell…
I have asked for a water based eggshell paint as I have a bad reaction to oil based paints. As my choice wasn’t available in store some sales person ordered a Dulux Once paint for me. I was not informed that the ordered paint was oil based (I was under the impression that the paint was water based and trusted the sales person as I had explained my experience with oil based paints to him). I used it and after an hour I ended up with a severe headache and was violently sick, not being able to continue with my work. Appalling customer service and such a waste of money. I am still really shocked that I was not being taken seriously.
