Brewers Decorator Centres - Surbiton Avaliações

helpful, informed and efficient staff

I called to ask if my orders was ready for collection and the branch didn't answer. I was transferred to a central team. They said my order was ready. When I went to Surbiton my orders was not ready & took 20 minutes for it to be prepared. Not great service.

Everything you could possibly want to know about paint. Very helpful.

Easy to order on line and good, fast service

Service in store is excellent. It is great place to come and see samples of paint and buy testers if unsure which colour to choose. Help is always available by two ladies that will give their time and expertise in colours matching. Last time we were served by Sonia that explained in detail about paints matching to our requirements and style . We have found her very knowledgeable and friendly. Only negative feedback is that store is lacking staff during lunch time. One more person working would make customer experience much better with faster service. It is difficult to mix paint, give advice, work on till and be at the shop floor at the same time.
Especially with long queue and some impatient customers it wasn’t easy for members of staff.

Easy to order, reasonably swift into stock and personal friendly notification. Pick up easy.

A very efficient on-line ordering service with speedy next-day delivery. I couldn't fault any part of the process and am sure I will be placing further orders in the future.

Ordering was simple. Pricing was excellent.Very fast delivery. Very happy with the whole transaction from beginning to end. I would highly recommend Brewers.

V slow. Charged a fortune for grey undercoat, surely there’s one available off the shelf. It’s undercoat!!

Was served the other day by the lovely Jess, she is a credit to your company and made my experience shopping there very easy and pleasant! :)

Went into my local Brewers in Surbiton to buy 2 2.5 of Dulux Weathershield undercoat grey and black gloss oil and got charged £144.00 WOW! I have had a trade account in this branch for over 30years and was offered no discount no discount, I left disgusted .
I then checked other local merchants in the area and found I could have got both tins for £56 each .
Why don’t Brewers look after loyal customers, why do you constantly have to check prices elsewhere which is time consuming especially when you are in the decorating trade .

Excellent family owned business with a superb choice of products and fantastic personal service.

Always helpful and so efficient

Great service, order received next day as promised.

Products there when needed. Friendly service and good communication.

I placed an online order late evening on a Thursday, and was given an automated estimated delivery day in one week's time, which was fine.
To my great surprise, the delivery came in the morning of the following day! So very very quick service and delivery of all the items I had ordered.

Reliable fast service. thank you

Helped me find an acceptable matching colour to something previously used.

Paint and liner trays delivered to my door the next day. Brilliant!
Farrow and Ball paint was excellent to work with and the liner trays are nice and sturdy.
