We dealt with Liam while purchasing our car. He was very helpful and there was no pressure to buy. He answered all of our questions provided even further information to help us in reaching out decision about car we were interested in. He took us on a test drive too. The entire purchase was simple and straightforward. Hassle free. We had to call after the purchase due a technical error with the car which we didn't understand. We were attended to by Daniel who was again very helpful and explained everything to us clearly . We were very impressed by this too. Overall excellent service

Very easy from start to finish

I bought my 23 reg Peugeot last month I love it but had 2 very small issues I phoned they booked it in a few days later all sorted plus they washed and hoovered it fantastic service thanks much appreciated 😀

On arrival was met by member of sales staff named Jordan, who was not pushy in any way and left us to look at the cars on display on our own, which is what we like to do.
When we had decided on the car that we wished to purchase, Jordan was very helpful and polite in completing the relevant paperwork required and the timeline for picking up the car was adhered to exactly.
In conclusion, we could not fault the staff manner or the service received and would have no hesitation in recommending Bridgend Motors to family and friends and we will return to this company for any future car purchases.

Non pushy sales staff, good communication. Easy to chat to answered all questions , courteous and pleasant on telephone. Smooth purchase and I felt confident in my purchase. Organised taking van to and from the fitters for tow bar. Definitely will return in the future highly recommend.
