I ordered mac lip gloss the price was great and the shipping was very quick i will definitely buy from this store again i wish it was in my home state of Nevada

Ordered a lipstick on 23 feb got no tracking emails , money taken, no notification and no lipstick by post, I have now sent email today on 28 feb which I have had prompt response to. Feedback that I will receive in 2 weeks as in transit because email address was missing a letter. My mistake here, so apologies but hopefully this should register as invalid address when making an order? Now just will await order. Thanks

Returned a purse just 2 days after receiving it. Not only did I have to pay for shipping it back($12) but also a restocking fee (&10) I did read the policy about I “may” be charged a restocking fee. Have not run across this with any other companies online. When I emailed them they reminded me about the policy. I emailed again about dissatisfaction but never heard back. I guess they don’t care about a negative review.

The product I ordered was clearly not new. It had been opened and used. They denied it so I got nowhere. It’s advertised as new but I suspect they buy returns from other stores and pass them off as new. Disappointing 😏

I ordered a Too Faced palette while back for a reasonable price. At first I doubted I’d get an authentic, good quality product but- I DID! The shopping experience is great & delivery is really fast.

Pour ma part j ai commandé une palette too Faced en édition limitée, tout c est extrêmement bien passé, le produit est ok, livraison dans les temps vers la France, j avais un peu peur au début car je commandais pour la première fois, au final j y retournerai avec plaisir d autant plus que les prix sont plus bas qu en France, les frais de ports étant un peu élevés on s y retrouve. Je recommande ce site sans problème ++++

I ordered the tiniest sample ever of Elizabeth Arden eye cream from Brigettes Boutique. When I opened the tube, oil spilled out, and then cream which burned my skin. They obviously sold me an out dated, old sample that had separated and gone bad. When I contacted the store with my complaint, they opened my email twice (I had a tracker on it) and they never even replied. I requested a refund, but they did not even offer it. I even offered to ship back the tube which I shouldn't have to do. So all that being said, I will never buy from this store again and I don't advise others to do so either. The tube was $13 and change with shipping, which isn't much but I basically lost $13 because I got nothing for it.
