It's been a week and my package hasn't shipped, but my credit card number was stolen and used to buy several hundred dollars from another website. Do not trust.

Bright Brain used to be a legitimate company, but as of late they are scam artists. My last two orders were 1.) delivered with nothing in the package and 2.) not even sent. But of course I was charged the full amount both times. Stay far away from this company.

To those just getting into nootropics, please know that Bright Brain is an absolute and utter scam site. It preys upon people looking to get an easy nootropic stack pre-built for them by promising way, way more than they could possibly deliver, and knowing that most of their clients are not experienced enough to realize that their products flat-out do NOT contain the listed ingredients. Their customer support is inexistent, they are not recognized by the BBB, and they offer zero evidence of their product efficacy (because there is none). Perhaps the most damning thing, they have clearly paid for bots to flood them with 5 star reviews on many big sites, none of which actually describe the product or what it did for them. I cannot recommend enough that people stay away from this scam, and I hope that you read this before you think about giving them your money.

It's been 15 days and I haven't seen my order. Also the company doesn't answer their emails. I am still waiting to get an email regarding shipping details. Definitely have decided to not make another order again because of poor customer service.

This is hands down the best memory supplement I've used after trying quite a few others that had no effect at all. I've relied on it for a couple of years and had great results that seem to do the trick. They ship most of my orders the same day, and when I had one shipping issue, they fixed it immediately for free so customer service was great but I only needed them once.

I used the one called Focus and will definitely be using it in the future. I have not tested anything else they sell yet though.

I recently ordered a product on the Bright Brain website to help me sleep better. The product I purchased was ‘Crash & Reboot’. I read much information on their website about how great their products are. Their website makes many claims; however, in my opinion, based on my experience, they are far from true. This was one of the least effective products I have tried. The only thing about this company that is lower quality than their product is their nonexistent customer service. I requested a refund after giving the product a fair amount of time to work. I've sent multiple emails and left three separate voice messages with Support, but no one has responded. At this point, it is apparent that they do not stand behind their product. I am posting this so other potential customers will not get taken advantage of.

Doesn't have a real customer support that one can communicate with. They have email but takes forever and don't really answer the questions.

They claim to have reward points but they disappear in a few weeks no answer as to why.
