Just look at the news 🤬 I wouldn’t allow them to look after my pet rock let alone my baby or toddler .They had a Pedo Working for them for 7 years
No camera anywhere in there business and have no problems it’s seem in hiring a lot off men …. It not all men ,they don’t want to work with babies but the ones that do for the love off God checks on them with every way you can .Then check again I pray the family Suing this business /Islington branch win millions from this business

My Son has been in the Bright Horizons Nursery 3 days a week for at least 7 months now and I cannot praise them enough.

From the Manager Clare who greets us most morning to her Assistant Manager Sophie (the reason we opted for Fair Oak BH) to the beautiful caring ladies in the Baby room. Aimee, Rosie (amazing Richies KP), Smilin. Absolute brilliance. Now Richie is in the toddler room Jess is great and happy that she is Richies KP Lucy as team Leader is fab and very informative and and he started there last week. 3 days in and his vocal chords and trying to speak has grown immensely.

I would strongly recommend considering other options if possible. Our experience with this nursery was disappointing, and we faced multiple challenges throughout our time there. Despite making repeated, respectful requests for water activities due to our son's health concerns, the staff refused to listen, which caused unnecessary stress. Additionally, the lack of on-site parking was a major inconvenience. As drivers, we often had to park off-site for short durations, which led to frequent parking penalties.

When comparing this nursery to where we are now, it also felt overpriced given the number of issues we encountered. Ultimately, we had to withdraw our son due to their unwillingness to address our concerns, and even after we moved, they did not fully refund us. The entire experience was filled with frustration and unnecessary stress from start to finish !

Bright Horizons confirmed my backup care — and then canceled it two days in a row, each time with outrageously late notice and no replacement offered. I was left scrambling both days, without any support, despite having a confirmed booking. This isn’t a minor glitch — it’s a complete failure of the one job they’re supposed to do: provide dependable care in urgent situations. Their carelessness put me in an impossible position and showed a shocking lack of professionalism and accountability. Do not rely on this service. They cannot be trusted.

This facility continues to be on probation; please check with the licensing authorities regarding their history of violations and probation. The administration is appalling and chaotic and the in-room supervision is clearly unqualified and ill prepared.

This facility continues to be unresponsive, unprofessional, and ineffective. Worse than I thought.
