Trying to place a tricky case for a client with quite a few needs that could not make work with high street lenders. After discussing with initial contact at Brightstar it was quickly made clear this was something they could place with a lender on their panel. The process at this stage was quick and simple. A huge weight off my clients mind as well as mine. The process was a little clunky after this due to some repetition of case requirements. However, importantly things progressed through to completion. Thanks to the team for their work on this from start to finish, even contacting the clients solicitors to check on the progress of the purchase and report to me and my client.
