Led by manager Chris and sales Luke both being exceptional assisting my purchase giving help and guidance and support even in securing insurance. Would not hesitate to use this branch again nothing but a 5 star service. I highly recommend.

When one is looking for a particular car and they find what they are looking for , they want the process of buying to be as transparent and smooth as possible .

Brindley MG Wolverhampton is an outstanding garage. I was purchasing an MG from Scotland and was not able to view the car in person. The sales man Tom went above and beyond for me. He offered me a video and I asked him to concentrate on several things, which he did. The video was extremely comprehensive & Tom even replied to my emails out of hours. I required the car to be delivered, so was ready to start negations when Tom came back and said his sales manager was willing to offer free delivery (which was around 300miles) and as the car was already well priced & the customer service was outstanding, I paid the deposit. The excellent customer service continued while the car was getting prepared and after delivery. The service team did an excellent job including the best valet I have ever seen. I have purchased from main dealerships such as Porsche, Merc & BMW and Brindley MG Wolverhampton outclass them all ! The car arrived and was impeccable and the customer is definitely put first. I, 1000% recommend Brindley MG Wolverhampton, they have a great team of knowledgably, professional people.

When I visited Hyundai in Cannock John was very good at listening to what I was looking for. Communication was good and John continues to be a support for any concerns that I have.

Poor communication
No communication. Sent a bill with a red urgent warning when car was in for MOT, attempted to authorise this but it would not go through. Attempted to call the store to ask what was going on. Switchboard lady was lovely in fairness, but could not get through to the store. Requested a call back, but instead was sent a text message and hour later saying to call them. Took another 20 minutes to get through only to be told that more work than estimated needed doing but no more information than that. Eventually spoke to someone who said that the estimated work would be far more significant than originally estimated, quoting another £1200 on top of the previously quoted price. I realised that the work being quoted was cosmetic only and asked if my car had passed its MOT. It had. Nothing was communicated at all regarding this, just a big red urgent saying it needed fixing. When questioned why this hadn't been communicated was told "we're communicating it now". Unacceptable, since it had taken me 2 hours to get this information, and was only given it on my request
