They're back in business
They're back in business!
I ordered online from a search on Pinterest for black and white ceramic tiles on Saturday. I then saw the news they'd gone into administration earlier in 2019 and was worried I'd never see them, but no, they're trading again, and I can't be more pleased. I already have my tiles as of 8:35am today.

No tiles after three weeks and still waiting
It has been three weeks since I placed my order and I haven’t yet received it, or any update to let me know it has been dispatched. British Ceramic
Tiles has chased me twice to review their service (via Trustpilot) and I thought I’d hold off until I received my tiles. However, tonight when I went online to see if I could check my order status, the britishceramictile.com website isn’t loading at all. So, no tiles after three weeks and the website is down... I honestly can’t say I recommend purchasing from this company.

Paid but never received sample. Went on line to contact British ceramic but site pulled down as had gone into administration! Still waiting for sample. Won't hold my breath!!!

I've only made one purchase so far from British Ceramic Tile. It was for a supply of large format tiles for a wet room.
Good quality tiles at very affordable prices, promptly delivered and so far.....no breakages. All very splendid

Awful delivery service and service in general
Awful delivery service. Tried to contact them about it and it said there our of office was on as there offices are open Monday- Friday 8.30-5.30. But I messaged them on chat at 5. So it’s nice to see some people can doss around on a Friday. It said if they weren’t available on chat they would respond to my message over email. Over a week later and nothing. Would never order from this company again. Basically where is the customer service. Ohh there isn’t any.

Ordered and paid for samples on 26th January, never received - emailed customer service - no response- have just tried to ring them and their number is out of service. Please beware before parting with your hard earned money, will be shopping elsewhere.
