I had been considering a hair transplant for a number of years and eventually decided to bite the bullet in 2025. Only wanting to use a clinic in the UK (and not Turkey), I spent hours and hours looking through websites, reviews, social media pages and photos to find one that I believed would offer best in class service and care. This led me to the British Hair Clinic and I couldn't have been happier with the results and care that I received.

From the initial consultation with the surgeon, to the day of surgery itself and the subsequent aftercare, everything has been seamless and I would highly recommend them.

Highly recommend the British Hair Clinic to anyone. I made an enquiry about 4 years ago after they were recommended to me but only recently went through the procedure due to personal reasons. My information was still on file but they never pushed me to get it done until I was ready.
Information, communication and support are excellent throughout. Af has been available through messages, emails or phone calls at any time.
I've now got the waiting game to see full results but progress so far has been great.

I had my hair transplant at the Brentwood clinic in March it’s early days to report on the results. From the first appointment up to the surgery day I was informed of all the steps to take which kept me comforted the whole way. On the day of the procedure everything was so organised and professional which kept me at ease. The aftercare routine has been great and if I had any questions or concerns they have been answered. I am delighted I choose to go with the BHC, I would without a doubt recommend them to anybody wanting to have a hair transplant.

The BHC looked after me superbly, with all staff being very attentive to my needs and answering all of my questions as and when needed. They gave me good advice/guidance both pre and post op, also following up by communicating with me post operation.

I honestly can’t say enough good things about the team at British Hair Clinic. Like most people, I was quite nervous and a bit sceptical at first, but this was something I’d been considering for a long time—and I only wish I’d done it sooner.
From my initial consultation with Af, I immediately felt at ease. I had spoken to a couple of other clinics beforehand, but something just didn’t feel quite right with them. Af was thorough, honest, and took the time to explain everything clearly, including a detailed discussion about my hair loss and what to expect.

I had an excellent experience with the British Hair Clinic from start to finish. Every member of the team, from the receptionist through to the surgeon, made me feel completely at ease and well looked after.

I underwent an eyebrow hair transplant, and while the treatment itself was quite painful at times, the team did everything they could to minimise discomfort. They made sure I was comfortable throughout the day, offering breaks and providing refreshments (including a sandwich and chocolate in my case), which really helped as the procedure does take a while.

The aftercare has been second to none. I had a few concerns following the procedure, and the team were always very quick to respond, offering reassurance and helpful advice whenever I needed it.

I’ve just had my 6-month review, and I’m extremely happy with the results. It’s made such a difference, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the clinic — in fact, I already have recommended them to many of my friends.

After going through some old photos and reminiscing about the days I had a full head of hair, I booked a consultation with British Hair Clinic, and came away seriously impressed.

Af, one of the consultants, was refreshingly honest. No sales pitch, no pressure. While other clinics said I could get a full hairline, he was upfront and explained I don’t have enough donor hair for a good result. He even said my head shape suits me as I am.

That level of honesty is rare. Most places push for a sale, these guys clearly care about doing what’s right for the patient.

I didn’t go ahead with surgery, but left feeling reassured and respected. You can see why they’ve built such a strong reputation.

Also, for something this personal, staying in the UK just makes sense, proper aftercare and peace of mind over going abroad.

I did a fair bit of research before settling on British Hair Clinic, Shenfield. I had a face-to-face consultation with them, and also with a Harley Street practice (and also dealt with a second Harley Street practice by video meeting only). I met Af for a face-to-face in Shenfield and at the same time requested a quick chat with one of the surgeons if available, and was pleased that neither of them were too “salesy”, managing my expectations pointing out that I would not be able to get full coverage and we agreed that the front area was most important to concentrate on. The surgeon also confirmed Af’s initial assessment of 1500 to 1700 grafts maximum. This was much the same as the assessment made in London at a face to face meet. On testing the second London Clinic by asking if they were sure an in-person meet wasn’t necessary, the consultant (salesman) repeated his assessment that I could easily get 3000+ grafts and they did not need to see me in person. They were also very persistent in chasing me. So that was them out of the picture. The better London Clinic was nevertheless in my opinion too much of a production line for my taste and logistically was not good for the journey home. British Hair Clinic, Shenfield ticked all the boxes. They have been doing this in the same location for over a decade with no turnover of surgeons.
I am currently two weeks post procedure and can that tell the workmanship was very good, for which the surgeon and support staff should be praised. The whole experience was exactly as described, and highly professional. Likewise the follow-up to date. I will have my first PRP in a month or so.

I had carefully researched various options, and having had medical issues with my heart previously I wanted to ensure I was in completely safe hands and in the UK with a full team on hand for aftercare.

After my initial consultation with the British Hair Clinic, I felt completely reassured that they took my health concerns very seriously. They composed a letter for me to pass to my Heart Consultant throughly explaining the procedure and anaesthesia to be used. I was required to have the go ahead from my consultant prior of any appointments being made or money changing hands.

Onto the actual procedure and the whole Team were great. A very relaxing environment, super clean and very professional. The aftercare of follow up calls and appointments was excellent. I had the transplant in June 2024 and now in February 2026 I am very pleased with the results. It has made a huge difference to my confidence and I am so glad that I finally had it done.

Friendly, calming & gets the results!
Obviously, I was very hesitant with my hair journey! From denying it was going years ago to walking into the British Hair Clinic for the very first time… it was & probably is for most people, a scary & fearful process to even talk about.
If anybody could be calming & talk me through the process (as well as being cheaper than other UK competitors) The British Hair Clinic were the one!
I don’t live local to their Clinic so when I visited for the first time was when I went for the surgery! I think this was also the best way to do it, commit & dont turn back!
Before any of this though I felt so welcomed via phone calls & video calls. Knowing exactly what to do & expect when I arrived on the day. Likewise, the whole procedure was as easy going & calming as it could be. I was even recommended a great TV series by the surgeon based on what I watched during the final 3 hours of the surgery which I then watched during my initial 7-day recovery period!
The surgery itself wasn’t overly painful, I can’t say it wasn’t without pain in parts but honestly, a day later you don’t even remember those short sharp pains & just sit excited for the results to come through over time!
Highly recommend the British Hair Clinic for anybody looking to get their confidence back & of course, their hair!

I'm very happy with my results so far. Full results are from 12-18 months.

I got my FUE in February 2025 so, approx 10 months ago. I've also had 2 PRP sessions within the 10 months. The PRP treatments were included in the price. The PRP is a fantastic treatment. I could see thicker hair days after.

The whole team at the British Hair Clinic in Manchester are friendly and provide contuiosius support.

I live in Glasgow and have driven to my appointments. The drive is approx 3 hrs which is no bother.
