Ordered a football t-shirt on the 30th of May for the world cup group stage game starting on the 14th of June, ample time! I found out this morning it's only just arrived at U.K customs from America?? Not only did it miss the first qualifier it'll miss the second one. I hope the quality of the shirt wont mach they're delivery times. Absolute mess!!

Bought a tshirt assuming, like most tshirts, it would be 100% cotton. It wasn't. Its made of cheap and nasty polyester type and printed and looks nothing like what was advertised. Ordered a medium but it looks like a large. Absolute garbage. Give me my money back!!

Britwear sent me the wrong size..
After several attempts to contact Britwear I have received no response.
I will not be recommending or purchasing from Britwear in the future.

The first item I ordered never arrived. Without hesitation I was offered a refund or a re-send. Excellent service.

Ordered some 100% Cotton Socks for Grandson. They took payment from bank but as yet, no delivery. As a previous comment, can't get any form of correspondance by any means. If not recied oder soon. will definately do negative reviews in as many places as possible and also take to court for refund and expenses incurred trying to get response. waste of time so far.

Beware having ANY need to contact this "company" - it is so like trying to contact a ghost ship that I've had to seriously wonder if they have even gone out of business. I submitted a product query via their own online contact form, making it clear that I did want to buy several of that product. After a fortnight, no answer at all. So I phoned them, only to get an American-voiced generic answerphone recording that doesn't even identify the name of the business you've rung. I left a message requesting a callback, explaining why. After one week, no call received. Tried ringing again, only to get the same answerphone recording which I couldn't see any point in wasting my breath on yet again. So sent them an actual email rather than use their useless online contact form again. After 10 days, no reply received. So today I rang their so-called "Customer Services"(ha ha) number yet again - and guess what I got, yet again....?? So there is NO WAY WHATSOEVER that I'm going to risk placing an order with them, because what if I need to return anything (the prevention of which was the original reason for me taking the trouble to submit a query)? They have obviously either ceased trading, or have such an entirely unprofessional attitude towards their customers that they do not deserve to have any.
UPDATE! - don't know whether this is pure coincidence, but the very next day after posting the above, I did finally receive an email from Britwear with the information that I'd requested (more than one month after raising my initial query with them).

Shocking!!! They have taken my money and have not sent goods I've call numerous times left messages as no on answers the phone... Have emailed them numerous time to get no response.... PLEASE save your money and shop else where.,

I bought some welly socks for my 7yr old son through Amazon sold by this company, when he put them on he said it hurt. When i looked i stabbed myself on an extremely sharp needle that was in two pieces in the inside toe seam of these socks. Very dangerous

normally difficult to find cotton sox without elastic.. but they have it at a good pice :)
