We recently completed a Relevant Life Plan and a Personal Protection Plan through Broadbench, and we are delighted with the exceptional level of customer service and expertise displayed by Thomas throughout the process.

During the application, Thomas took the time to assist us in completing the forms and provided excellent recommendations and explanations.

He also contacted our accountant to ensure that the policies arranged through the limited company were being handled appropriately.

Although I ultimately decided it wasn't for me at this time, I felt better informed after speaking with Mike and would reach again in the future if I changed my mind.

In the end we both realised I was unlikely to make a purchase as it wasn't the right fit for our organisation, but he was still kind enough to spend the 30 minutes giving great advice anyway.

The application process for a relevant life and key person's cover with Mike was detailed. He was patient in explaining key aspects and was able to address my concerns raised during the application.

It was an awkward one due to having to renew but also moving house with in a small period of time, so she helped me find the right mortgage avoiding any early repayment fees whilst being at competitive interest rate.
