They lied about the process
They lied about the process, ran my credit score into the ground, refused to communicate what was going on with my accounts, and gave me the run around when I pushed them. I received messages to call their customer service only to have them read what was on the portal to me with no update on communications with the credit card companies. Brookhaven is a SCAM. In a reasonable society, they would not exist.

Nothing is being solved I’m still in debt and my payments for the loan come out every paycheck I feel like it should be once a month because I am going broke every paycheck

I have had a bad experience with Brookhaven - TOTAL RIPOFF
I have had a bad experience with Brookhaven Law. I started with them back in September of 2025 and since then they only settled with 3 credit card companies. I am really disgusted with them and probably going to cancel with them in the next few days. I would go somewhere else if I were you. Plus they charge settement fees and didn't tell me.
