The cashmere and wool coat I ordered arrived within a few days. It was beautifully packaged and was everything I could hope for.
The coat itself is almost perfect. The style is excellent, the size is correct with plenty of room; the quality is first class and the colour is exactly what I wanted.
The only very slight criticism is that the pockets would be better if they were 2 inches further forward to make them more easily accessible.
Apart from that, the coat is first class and looks wonderful.

Delivery took six weeks to arrive, in this time I received over 50 emails offer various promotions and discounts. The delivery promise of 5 days was not achieved and I had to chase up customer services for an update on my order.
Would not recommend or order from this company again.

Left it late to get a suit for a wedding. Ordered Thursday arrived Friday. Obviously the fit from ordering online is a challenge. As a taller broad person and carrying a bit of Christmas weight I need tailored fit to prevent looking like a minecraft character. The suit was spot on in fit and length. Will buy from here again.
