Very Good Gentlemen's Outfitters
Ordering on line made it hard to find the correct fit of trousers to suit me in the Brook Taverner range needing to return items too many times. The Beverley shop staff were excellent on advising the best make of trousers in the BT range to meet my fitting. The returns procedure is excellent, payment back in account within hours. Brooke Taverner is a quality business. May take time to get used to the sizes on offer. Ordering on line delivery to store is very efficient and quick.

My package arrived DHL with my suit in…
My package arrived DHL with my suit in it, but there was no protective plastic covering my suit. DHL package was left out in the rain was soaked. Who sends a package- of clothing no less- without a protective cover? The cardboard box was soaked and so was the suit when I opened it. It is now drying in the sun, and I hope it is not affected or ruined.
Nice suit. Stupid packaging.

I’ve been buying Brook Tavener for ten years now
I’ve bought Brook Tavener regular fit shirts for ten years, either online or from their Northallerton store. I love the shirts for their generous fit, full length and lovely quality.
More recently I’ve purchased trousers, mostly casual and the fit is perfect every time.
I’m retired and confess to taking advantage of their many offers.

Payment by PayPal....WHY?
The website wanted to take payment by PayPal which I do not use. I had to phone up to make a card payment. Shirts arrived very quickly. Disappointed by the poor quality of the shirts.
