Where do I start. I am new to the investment world:
The extremely long video that I regretfully watched, claimed they had a direct path to buying stock in Elon Musk's SpaceX offering. That’s what drew me in but They do Not! They want you to invest $500 in a "basket" of companies of which SpaceX may be one. When I found this out, I sent several emails to the email website provided, requesting for my full refund of $179 and cancellation of the membership and no response. I have called several times to the customer phone number, only to get a voicemail saying will be more than 20min then the call disconnects!
Again, I am asking for a full refund of the $179 subscription and cancelation of my membership. I am requesting within the “30-Day Money Back Guarantee”.
I feel I have been scammed!

A scam
I made a purchase yesterday after the Jeff Brown presentation in the amount of $399.00. I could not access any of the information promised during the presentation. The only thing that was promptly accomplished was the charge to my account. After sending an email with no response from Brownstone Research and several hours on hold I was finally connected with a representative and promptly canceled my subscription. Be truthful about what you are selling or providing. Cut out all the BS and clearly state all of the information. I don't need the fluff of what has done well in the past. The past is the past. If it is stated in a presentation that for example, access to SpaceX pre-IPO then provide said information, not potential suppliers of SpaceX.

Avoid like the plague
I feel stupid and disappointed in myself. I should have listened to my inner voice when sitting through extremely long videos from Jeff Brownstone promising insights and access to investment opportunities that really didn’t live up to their promise and left me feeling I’d been listening to a snake oil salesman. FOMO however led to me handing over $179 for the Insider Report subscription. That’s on me; I’ll own that. What is NOT on me though is the appalling customer service and difficulty getting a refund under the 30 day money back guarantee. I have tried several phone calls; can’t get through. Internal (from customer service link on website) messages; zero response. Emails; zero response. I’m just starting off as a newbie, small time would be trader so every $ I win lose or waste is important to me. Equally important is finding trustworthy sources of information, honest advice and reliable service. Brownstone has been none of these for me. All smoke and mirrors, barrage of emails that ultimately are selling another product or promise. Laughable that I fell for this, obviously DYOR but for me it’s all felt like a money making scam. Avoid like the plague!!

Jeff Brown gave me absolutely the worst "picks"!! I can not tell you how much I lost. He should give everybody a sincere apology to all that he basically screwed over with his picks! I paid good money to Brownstone and I regret every dollar I put in. I lost IRA money. Because he told us that he knew what he was doing. He's nothing more than a BS artist. I'm sure he was shorting all of the stocks that he recommended! It was that bad. He really doesn't know much about stocks! Never put out an apology or anything. I lost a fortune because of him!
