Bruce's Solihull (Umberslade)
Bruce's Solihull (Umberslade), thank you to a great friendly team. My Working Cocker Spaniel Dexter was always excited to get in that van to play with his mates. All the pictures showed he was having the time of his life. On days when he was at home with me, he had expectations of me to entertain him the way Bruce's team, kept his day full of fun and activity. Unfortunately, I can't deliver to Bruce's standards, if Dexter could talk he would say so himself.

Good service, reliable & friendly.
Our dog has been at Bruce’s for 2 1/2 years and I am happy with their service and their staff members. Each member of staff that has come to pick up our dog and drop her off has always been extremely friendly and helpful and reliable. Bruce’s have never let us down, and always have arrived when they say they will and dropped her back with good advice on timings. I have enjoyed going to the events that Bruce’s have held and I was very impressed that each staff member there knew my dog by name, even though there were a lot of dogs there. We are currently about to leave Bruce’s due to financial reasons, but I may possibly approach them again in the future for help with our doggy care, and I would not hesitate to do so.

An amazing dog day care
The staff are fantastic, caring, friendly and understand the welfare of the dogs. the spaces for the dogs is great and suitable for all dogs with the multiple spaces for different sized dogs. Our dog adores the staff and is always very excited come the mornings he goes to Bruce's could not ask for a better day care would highly recommend

Great Day Care
Bruce's Doogy Day Care looks after our dog so well. He is so exited when he is picked up. If we drop him off he can't wait to get in with his doggy mates. The staff are always friendly & helpful.

Mala has been with Bruce’s since she…
Mala has been with Bruce’s since she was a puppy. It was her chance to feel like a real dog, with a pack of others, playing in the fields, socialising and having fun. I know she loves it because she’s always eager to get in the van and each handler has been clearly mad about dogs! I trust them completely and know she’s in safe hands.

My dog loves her Bruce’s day
My dog loves her Bruce’s day. She stands looking out of the window when she knows she’s going. The staff are so kind and caring and she comes home completely exhausted after a day playing with her friends. I love the pictures they send so I can see what she’s been doing. Other nice touches - free fun days like the recent Labrador meet up and a free nail clip for her anniversary.

My two dogs don't even look back.
My two dogs don't even look back.
I change the morning routine on the days Bruce's come to collect my two fur babies. The moment they realize it's Bruce's day they get so excited. They wait by the window for the van and will take out legs to get to the door when the van arrives. They love daycare days, and sleep like a log after.
The Bruce's team are professional, and helped when I have needed to changes our days when required. They provide ongoing updates and photos and it is clear they love dogs.

Helping my anxious bundle of joy
I can’t recommend this doggy day care highly enough. From the very beginning, the team has been incredibly caring and attentive, taking the time to truly understand my dog and his anxiety. They’ve gone above and beyond to accommodate his specific needs, making what could be a stressful experience feel calm and positive. What really stands out is how committed they are to continuously improving my dog’s experience. They carefully observe his behaviour, adapt their approach when needed, and always keep me informed. The staff are not only professional but also genuinely compassionate. They’ve offered valuable guidance and reassurance when it comes to managing his anxiety, along with practical advice that has helped both me and my dog. It’s clear they truly understand dog behaviour and take each dog’s personality into account.
Most importantly, I feel completely confident that my dog is in a secure, safe environment where he can play, socialise, and gradually become more comfortable around other people. It’s been wonderful to see his progress, and I’m so grateful to have found a place that cares for him as if he were their own.

Cheeky Spud
Spud has grown from an anxious puppy to a confident mischievous dog in the time he has been at Bruces. He hardly eats his breakfast on his doggy day care days as he just wants to get there and play with his doggy and human friends. Thanks to Bruces my rescue pup is curious and brave rather than scared and shy as he was when we adopted him

They take great care of our dog. She gets really excited when they arrive to pick her up in the doggy bus and they do a pretty good job of keeping her clean during the wet winter months!

The team at Bruce’s have looked after my dog for many years. Recently she collapsed on site and they quickly got her to my vet who said their prompt action had contributed to her recovery from what could have been much worse. Thank you Bruce’s team at Surrey hills

Fun safe play for our dog
We have been really pleased with our Bruce's experience. Our Labrador started when he was a puppy and it was great to have a place for him to socialise with other dogs. He looks forward to the doggy bus coming, and loves his driver Caroline. Communication with the team is great, and I love the weekly photos on the app that show what he's been up to!
