Good customer service and responsive, quality product

Was wary as you never know with distance buying, but the plaque is perfect. We received a 'proof' so we could make alterations but we didn't need to. It arrived within 3 days and was very well packaged. Product is very well made and looks absolutely fab.

Really happy with my order

This request is too early as I haven't received my goods yet.

The job was to engrave 72 individual plates with names and dates and mount in year order. Brunel Trophies are very friendly and helpful; cost was very competitive. The job was completed to an excellent standard and delivered on time. Their helpfulness completely removed the stress away from me.

I was very impressed with Brunel's service. The website was easy to navigate and staff were incredibly helpful taking my calls and responding quickly.
The end products were fantastic, and beautifully presented.
