Learning to drive with Christakis Paphitis has been such an amazing and genuinely uplifting experience. He’s incredibly approachable, easy to work with, and explains everything in a way that makes it all click. His patience and understanding made every lesson feel calm and confidence‑boosting, and I’m truly grateful for the support he gave me throughout the process. Thanks to him, I recently passed my driving test. Overall, Christakis is a fantastic instructor, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking to learn.

My instructor was Mr Travis joseph from BSM was very supportive especially when I felt like giving up. Travis was very helpful in both improving my driving skills but also my confidence on the road as well.

I passed first time with Ljeonora Trnava in NW London! Honestly couldn't have asked for a better teacher. She was so calm, supportive and kind - I looked forward to my lessons, and she gave me all the confidence I needed. It has been a pleasure learning under Elias Nkongho (BSM). From the very first lesson, he was reassuring, patient and constructive. This helped me a lot in overcoming my nerves on the road, especially at cross-roads and roundabouts.

Before I even had a confirmed test date, he had already taught me how to drive safely on carriageways, residential roads, country roads and built-up areas. Throughout our lessons, we managed to cover major roads in Erith,Sidcup, Bexley, Charlton, Greenwich, Thamesmead, Plumstead and Woolwich.

Thanks to his teaching, I am esctatic to say that I have since passed my driving exam at Erith Test Centre. I am now a more confident driver.

I could not have asked for a better instructor and I am genuinely grateful for his professionalism and dedication. I would highly recommend Elias to other learners out there😊

I passed with Ljeonora with only 2 minors, her support from the first lesson has been incredible, she always made me feel confident and taught me how to drive safely, she explained everything so clearly and was very patient. I would highly recommend her!!

Robert benjamin is an awful instructor

my instructor has consistently been cancelling lessons same day or in very short notice, my lessons are shorter than they should be and he has taken smoke breaks during my lessons, to be fair on that i also vape and this isnt a big deal to me personally but i still think it is highly unprofessional. he has made highly inappropriate comments regarding his holidays and what he got up to and the type of parties he attended and also recommended me to go to these. i was disgusted. he has little interest in progressing my learning and after over 2 months i have not done any manoeuvres and am still doing general driving despite my driving being good. he has also mentioned more times than needed about paying him directly rather than through bsm and when i declined this as the system on bsm is easy for me, the behaviour deteriorated and he became disinterested in my progression. he has also booked more lessons than i authorised before leaving me with a negative balance with pressure to pay for these when i didn't ask for them to begin with. upon putting in a complaint bsm were unable to find me a new instructor and they were helpful in refunding my money, however the wasted lessons and valuable money is a disappointment. avoid bsm at all costs

Had such a good experience learning with Ferhat. Passed my test today thanks to his patience and support.

Having a teacher like Ferhat who is easy going, professional, patient and super helpful made my experience of learning to drive a fun one ! :D

I recently passed my driving test and I wanted to say a huge thank you to Veronica Middleton-Sadouni. She was an amazing instructor, very patient and supportive and has an amazing character. I am very grateful for her guidance and would definitely recommend her as an instructor.

I've recently passed my driving test on my first attempt, all thanks to John! (Cardiff) He was incredibly friendly and patient with me and helped me get up to the standard of a safe, responsible driver, with lessons starting from August, through well thought out lessons and teaching. I really couldn't recommend John and BSM more, thanks both!!

I worked with John from September. He was an incredible teacher, and completely changed my perspective of how to safely approach driving. He’s always incredibly patient and friendly and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone. I have a lot of self-doubt when it comes to driving, and he helped me so much with my road confidence. I passed my second time with just one fault, thanks so much John and BSM🙏

I would definitely recommend BSM driving school if you want to pass your driving test. I had an amazing instructor called Sheriff who I recommended everyone to book with. I passed first time after 2.5 months of lessons. Sheriff is a terrific instructor who explains everything in a way that makes sense. He is super encouraging and boosts your confidence on the road. I wouldn’t have passed my test without his guidance.

I was recommended BSM and Khelifa, Kai by my friend when I first started driving. I cannot recommend Kai as a teacher enough. He taught me from the ground up and put me I. Good habits that let me pass a test in a location I had zero experience in. He’ll teach you how to drive for the test and how to drive properly. Lessons are always structured well and have purpose behind them and have a great amount of varied driving and skills you’ll practice. Cannot recommend BSM and Kai enough.

SHERIFF is a great instructor. He teach me everything from the beginning is very patient. I learn to do all the parking forward Bay parallel parking parking teach me the roundabout. He taught me everything about driving and I feel so safe to drive on the road and I’m very grateful and I’ll recommend him to everyone. I passed my test first time in Pinner Thank you so much SHERIFF. Really appreciate it. You are a brother for life.

Had an incredible experience with my instructor Khelifa, cannot recommend him enough. He got me through my test first time, and always provided a patient and positive attitude. I chose Khelifa through reading reviews on here, and can only confirm first hand how excellent of an instructor he is.

Daniel Bradley has been completely fantastic both with my son- the learner - and, not insignificantly, with me (parent). Responsive to requests, flexible with lesson timing, clear in terms of admin, test requirements, and instruction itself, and great to work with. If there were 10 stars to give in this review, I’d give them all!
