Horrible experiece! I received the item broken and contacted them about it. They said they would file with UPS and return back to me. They never reached back, or filed with UPS. They didn't want to give me a discount, and would only exchange for a higher priced item. The guy was rude, the responses were late, and still left with a broken item. Avoid at all cost! Not worth it

I bought many items at the location at Newport off PCH. It was hard to figure a rating. I felt the workers were very friendly and everything I bought held up fantastic. I bought a wooden bowl I was able to make in to a custom sink which looks fantastic and the lighter I bought is the BEST lighter for candles I have ever purchased! Looks great and completely durable. They would have a hard five stars but here is the problem.
It’s called Between the Sheets and the absolute WORST product they carry are the sheets. No warranty, no money back or exchange. I spent over two grand on sheets because I purchased two sets to rotate. Both sets the fitted sheets shredded and got holes. You can’t just purchase a fitted sheet, you have to buy another set. I have purchased many sheets over the years, both expensive and cheap and these are the only ones that shred, tear along seems and get holes. Note: they don’t allow reviews from more than 1 year.

The only thing high about this store are their prices! I purchased a very expensive soap dispenser at their Palm Desert store that rusted within a month of use. Then purchased $400 sheets. The color was wrong and I tried to return the unopened package the next day. The snippy store employee pointed to their very fine print “no return policy”. I was forced to exchange for a color I really didn’t want. These sheets are like sleeping on dried corn husks even after several washings!! $400 YIKES!! Go online and purchase Beech Model sheets. Like sleeping on a cloud AND ONE FOURTH the price!

I have mixed feelings about this company. The pros: I love the blanket I picked and Carole in the OC store was super helpful over the phone. She is the only reason I can give two/three stars.

Quality: My friend loved the throw but said it had already torn at the seam after only a month of light use. This is embarrassing as a gift giver.

Order experience: It feels like you have to jump through hoops online to order (the throw I bought is miscatorized, no sku # to tell the instore person, apparently the online colors are not true to life). They do not offer gift wrap or a gift card or box and did not reply to two emails so I have no idea if they included a full receipt in my gift since I shipped it directly. No shipping updates aside from one email saying my order status moved to “awaiting fulfillment”. Literally nothing else.

Furthermore, they ran a white sale on the site for 40% off right after Christmas. Now, I appreciate that retailers can run any sales they want but this seems like a slap in the face to all the loyal customers who bought from you during the holidays. As a retailer I would encourage you to rethink that timing.

My order came well packaged and very quickly.
My blankets came exactly as ordered tied with a white satina bow. I have dealt with this store in person in Desert Palms and now online. Always good service and quality merchandise.

I ordered my sheets on Black Friday . My order was processed , I received an order number , my card charged. THREE days later I received an email stating the sheets I ordered were not available and there wouldn’t be more. Instead they recommended a product $200 more expensive and less quality. Three days later meant all the Black Friday and cyber Monday deals were over. Not impressed with Between the sheets and very disappointed .

I really never write reviews but I felt I needed to this time. This company truly has some of the best customer service that I have ever experienced. They helped me with my order from start to finish and it was outstanding. I am very impressed with the level of customer service they have, it’s so rare to find that these days. I look forward to my next purchase. The best!

This store is amazing. It has beautiful items that you cannot find anywhere else. I live in Cleveland and visit Palm Springs for the Indian Wells tennis tournament and always make it a point to pop in. I recently ordered some items online and they came quickly and were well packed. I absolutely love this place.
