The product is worthless if you can't even replace a straw

NO REPLACEMENT STRAWS FIT THESE BOTTLES
I actually love the bottle, but they act like the straw size is top secret. I have called and emailed, no one will answer the question. They claim they don't sell or make ANY replacement parts, but you can buy a branded replacement lid in Bubba packaging with all the company info. So they aren't being honest. GET BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Your ai sucks and so does your outsourced call center. I am returning all 4 of my bottles bc there is no straw that fits. I have tried 8.5mm, 9mm, 9.5mm 10mm. All too big or too small.
