I don’t know completely how I feel. I have the most adorable puppy in the world. But we found out that the puppy has 2 viruses and hookworm. Those are all signs of a puppy mill. But the puppy has great temperament and it absolutely adorable. But everyday that goes by are more dog shit was a puppy mill. From Lancaster an Amish county in Ohio. We did not see the rest of the the litter or mom and dad. Looking back I would have asked that. But not sure I would have been able to turn away the sweet baby we adopted. We got him excellent medical care and insurance so unless there are genetic things he will have a good healthy life.

I had a wonderful experience using the Buckeyepuppies website. I found my pup within 5 minutes. I placed a very low reserve fee for her. The breeder was very communicative and sent several videos of the pup to me. She is everything the breeder said. We have had her several days and are thrilled with her.

Selling unhealthy puppy’s won’t take…
LANCASTER PUPPY greenfield puppy’s Buckeye Puppies are puppy MILLS
MISREPRESENTATION LIES!!
Selling unhealthy puppy’s won’t take responsibility even with contract. Wont return any calls emails so on. Wont say who’s breeder, just says that’s not me.. She 100% corrupt. Everyone involved is guilty including veterinarian, breeder whoever it is, won’t say. She should be put out if business for animal cruelty. The Ohio police department is in on it as well protecting all of them. Who says breeder has never sold a dog even tho his signature is on 2 forms of paper. But deputy from Ohio is protection them. If I only did my homework I’d never be in this position. Humane society same protecting them, saying that’s not our area.
Off website and it’s a bold face lie!!!
What Is Lancaster puppy mill' Definition Of A Puppy Mill?
It’s actually very simple. The inhumane and irresponsible treatment of dogs would be our definition of a puppy mill. Selling parasite infested puppies. Another definition given by The Veterinary Medical Association of the Humane Society of the United States defines the main characteristics of a puppy mill as:

“Emphasis on quantity over quality, indiscriminate breeding, continuous confinement, lack of human contact and environmental enrichment, poor husbandry, and minimal to no veterinary care.”

Our Gold Standard program is designed to give you an EXTRA layer of consumer protection against supporting puppy mills. While there is no 100% way to assure people are always taking good care of the animals they raise, this is another effort to improve the lives of companion animals as a whole.
