I’ve been using Buckydrop for a while to run my dropshipping store and I can genuinely say they’re the best on the market, they do custom packaging/branding aswell as sourcing and fulfilling, idk why they don’t have 5 stars and no I wasn’t paid to say it his but they’re goated

Confusing anf unhelpful

The website and it's processes is very confusing. I was trying to purchase some items from 1688 to be sent to me however i ended up having this items sent to their warehouse for stocking up. i emailed them a few times to try and get this resolved and never got a response. My Items will probably end up being "destroyed". I think to save yourself money and unnecessary headaches just avoid . There is noone to help when things go wrong.

I have been working with Buckydrop for 6 months now. In the beginning, the service was perfect: processing times were excellent, and the support team was very responsive.

However, I have noticed a significant decline in service quality recently. Delays are becoming more and more frequent, and although the support agents are still available to answer, they are not as reactive as they used to be. Furthermore, since they started using a third party to handle deliveries, the process has become a real ordeal, and the delays have become extremely long.

I am writing this comment hoping it will reach the decision-makers. I am giving you one more chance to correct this, but if no improvements are made, we will be forced to change service providers.

The best among the best

They have the best shipping rates compare to other agents, the wide range of products available truly stands out. My service manager, SETH is very professional, always responsive and helps solve any issues quickly. Their dedication to making your shopping experience effortless is remarkable. The platform is user-friendly, it has saved me a lot of time from editing to migration of products to my store. If I had learned about this platform earlier, would have been much better. Honestly

Honestly, BuckyDrop saved our business. We don’t use it as our supplier, but we use it to sync stock with 1688, and it works amazingly. Their team is very responsive, and if there’s any problem, they are happy to resolve it and truly value their clients. We recommend BuckyDrop to everyone, if we had known about them earlier, we would have used them as our supplier.

Very Very rude support and terrible terrible service

I recommend Buckydrop's service

I contacted Buckydrop last fall and they seemed great. The BuckyDrop app is easy to use, with a large quality product selection from all China major paltforms and has a smart ordering system. To be honest, it helped me understand the process of drop-shipping easily.

My private account manager, very professional and always help me get shipment solution so fast. In general, Buckydrop has been a very good, collaborative partner. I recommend their service.

I started my eCommerce store recently and like most starers, my budget was tight. I am glad that I visited BuckyDrop website and cooperate with them from that day. So far the experience has been good. My private account manager sylvia is professional and responsed me so fast; help me to source and purchase goods on 1688 (even bargain for better price) and fulfill the shipment. Fantastic Fulfilment Service Provider

Fantastic Fulfilment Service Provider. Been with these guys for almost a year. If they assigned a dedicated Account Manager, they really mean it.

I've never had any issues getting in touch with my AC manager when I need some assistance. The response is fast and even their general customer service personnel will be right on it if you ever encountered any problems.

They have an array of services and are truly one-stop for all your dropshipping or bulk order needs.

Their value-added inspection service is top-notch and has saved me numerous times which otherwise could be a disaster if it was directly shipped to my customers.

They will even help you in finding a replacement supplier if the one you're dealing with is not up to scratch in terms of service.

These guys are problem solvers and truly care for your business and reputation. And the platform itself, (after dealing with other platforms) makes it so easy to scout for products on TMALL, Taobao, and 1688 which most often than not beat the heck of AliExpress in terms of pricing.

There is some learning curve though as it provides so much functionality, but ask either the Customer Service officer or your account manager and they will guide you with patience.

The only setback about Bucky is that they don't have a foreign warehouse (U.S. or E.U.) but it has come to my understanding that they are about to establish a warehousing presence in the US. which makes the Returns process so much easier and gives some sort of credibility for your store and trust in customers.

I had problems assigning different product sizing and weight to respective courier services to fully leverage the shipping charges (different courier charges more while others less based on weight and dimension and because of this, I have to manually assigned the order to ensure I get the best pricing for that shipment category

Suggested this idea to my account manager and now the team is right on it. That means: you assigned each product to the respective courier service providers with the best tariff, set it, and forget it as it will be automated which is exactly what I want. Hassle-Free!

You should check them out seriously. I believe the lack of reviews about these guys is a kinda injustice and that's why I am writing a long one as a show of appreciation for their above and beyond service.

I highly suggest you sign up with their account (which is free anyway) and have a feel of the platform console; check their "Service Market" section to see all the full-stack services that they offer and see if it's a good fit. You won't be disappointed.

My dropshipping business is a little complex but they have helped and supported me. From Nora, Sylvia, and everyone on the team.
