BuildSafe Avaliações

Received very helpful support from Build Safe when we first needed to set up the warranty for our self build. Dominique answered all our queries and linked to our approved inspector. Oliver answered our recent queries quickly to access and activate our warranty certificate. Would recommend.

Excellent communication and advice.
From the administration staff (especially Jenny) and the technical audit team (especially Dan) they offered constructive help and advice all the way through the process of the selfbuild. I would highly recommend the company. Also at an affordable price.

I needed the Professional Consultant’s Certificate to replace a void new build warranty at the 11th hour. Matt Percival who provided a quote and Oliver Smith who dealt with an admin side were just amazing. Very polite, professional, helpful and proactive (which is rare). From the outset, they understood an urgency and helped me obtain the PCC within less than 10 days. I was very pleased with the service Matt and Oliver provided and I would highly recommend BuildSafe.

My whole experience with BuildSafe has been excellent from Patrick to Bree and now Jenny
Jenny has picked our work up this week and has been very helpful and responsive - I couldn’t ask for more.

I completed a new build house and used buildstore for the warranty.
It all went smoothly until actually receiving the warranty.
Dominique ( who helped while on holiday) and Jennifer .
were extremely helpful and I received the warranty a few days later.

thanks for your help, girls

All of the staff went above and beyond to get us the Warranty Certificate. So refreshing when many companies lose interest after the have had your money.
I definitely will use again and recommend.

Shout out to Bree Waghorn for all her help, in obtaining building certificates efficiently and quickly - Thank you!

Buildsafe are very professional at what they do the whole process was handled by Matt Percival at first and Olly Smith carried out the completion with the warranties first class service

Arran and Oliver provided me with a really good service from start to finish, clear prompt communication throughout unlike other companies I’ve used in the past, highly recommended.

Straightforward to deal with minimal fuss. Best experience to date on new home building warranty dealings.

Overall we found the service quite good. The inspectors came out throughout the build when requested. Oliver did a good job to finalise the project.

Buildzone were economical and easy to deal with.
It really has felt like being part of a team all trying to produce an outstanding product.

Very efficient and I would use on another project.

I have also enjoyed working with the associated Stroma Building Control Officers who have been very on the ball, very supportive and keen to offer useful advice in a timely manner.

BuildSafe have been really helpful all along the way whilst we have been carrying out our self build. Even though our project was on a small scale, nothing was too much to ask. Olly and Hatty have been brilliant in supporting us. Thank you

Excellent service from extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff. We have been working with Hatty and Ellie for 3 years now and we would highly recommend this company for a building warranty.

It's a high pressure industry at times and all the team seem to handle the various situations in a calm and controlled manner.

We look forward to working with you all again soon.

It has been such an easy and refreshing experience dealing with this structural warranty provider compared to others we have used in the past. Everyone we have dealt with in the company has been friendly, professional and helpful but Jenny especially has been wonderful and we really appreciate her assisting with the completions of our development. We would recommend them to anyone looking for a structural warranty provider.
