I purchased Blu-ray discs from the BulkDVD store. Upon comparing them with genuine retail copies of the same titles, I noticed significant differences. The original discs feature a professionally laser-etched matrix code on the inner ring, whereas the discs I received lack this marking. Based on this inspection, I have serious doubts regarding the authenticity of the purchased products.
When I contacted the seller to request a refund, they refused to resolve the matter satisfactorily, offering only a partial refund while insisting that all products were genuine.
Given these concerns, I have decided to pursue legal action. Until the authenticity of the products is independently verified and the dispute resolved, I strongly advise potential buyers to exercise extreme caution when shopping at this store and to thoroughly inspect any discs received before attempting to resell them.
