I attended Bupa in Bangor NI the dentist I seen was Helen and dental nurse Sarah both really nice and made me feel at ease a pleasant experience from start to finish

So professional, polite and friendly.

I get very anxious when I go ro the 🦷dentist due to a bad experience i hate the needle 💉but Christine parrot put me at ease shes lovely she knows how to make me relax what ever I have one I go out with a smile.

DO NOT USE! I signed up for this 3 months ago and they were quick enough to take the £40.50 a month. No policy number was provided and I have tried over and over to speak to completely useless customer service to get my policy number- which if you don’t have you can’t make a claim - funny that. Anyway I have just cancelled the direct debit and told them where to go. The service is a nightmare from start to finish - I suggest looking elsewhere as plenty other dental insurance out there - can’t be any worse than bupa

The treatment I had was implants. Radwan was throughout the whole procedure very patient and explained stage by stage clearly. I would recommend to any one who is a little anxious about having to have this procedure to take the plunge. I feel more confident and comfortable in myself. I have just had my 2 year check up and all is good.

You are given an appointment which they greatly adhere to and respect. The time it takes for you to be booked is reasonable.

£130 for a hygienist clean? Ridiculous. Don't get me wrong, the hygienist is fantastic, but it's clear that BUPA's overhead fees are the problem here.

I think this is their way of trying to justify their monthly payment plan. The thing is, I don't need two check-ups and X-Rays per year.

I have just completed my orthodontic journey and would highly recommend the team at Bupa Dental Care in Poundbury. As someone who accessed orthodontic work later in life I am in my late 50's now. They don't treat age as a barrier and I am genuinely thrilled with my results. The team are highly skilled, supportive, encouraging and make you feel comfortable and use the latest modern technology to keep everything running smoothly.

Superfriendly. Hi tech environment. Delightful Reception Staff. Superb Dentist who I get to have repeat visits with so I don't feel like every time is starting from scratch..... or drill as the cast maybe.
