This company are amazing, my dog loves getting these boxes, she gets so excited when she sees them come through the door, they have always gone above and beyond for me when I have had the need to contact them, definitely give them a try, you wont regret it

Products are good but near enough impossible to cancel. They are dreadful.

12/02 - Just an update that they have cancelled the box I’ve paid for without informing me, after they responded to this review.

Don’t waste your time. Signed up to a 6 month subscription in December. The free bed ‘worth £60’ can be bought online for about £15-£20. Also didn’t send one for the size of my dog. So overpriced. I found the toys and treats online for a few pound each, doesn’t add up to anywhere near £30. I never received my second box this month, no replies to emails but they’re trying to take a third payment when they haven’t even sent my second box. I’ve had to put a block against the company on my bank & now trying to claim my money back for the box I never received.

They are delivering the best toys and yummy treats to my dogs each month they always send lovely emails on how to make our dogs happy with what's inside there Buster Box.there so helpful and really lovely people who brighten up our dogs day,once every month I have the happiest dogs that's priceless.

Luna loves her buster box her favourite snack is the mickey bixs and the peanut butter bar. She loves her toys and snacks she never not enjoyed her boxes she recieves. She always waits for it to be delivered. Thanks again for a amazing box we cant wait to recieve the next one

Just received my second busterbox, really pleased with the toys and treats, lovely fun toys good quality toys and perfect treats for my 11wk old puppy Doodles.

I loved this product until December where I never received my box, I have now emailed 3 times with no response. I would either like a refund or a replacement box sent out and a response to my emails.

I’ve been charged 3 times received 1 box. I can’t cancel but they apparently they don’t have to send anything? I also emailed to request access to the free vet service they offer 2 months ago and still no response. Do not bother quite literally the worst service ever. There are better boxes out there.

Extremely poor experience from start to finish. The first box was overpriced and contained toys that were completely unsuitable for a large breed dog. When I exercised my legal right to cancel within the 14-day cooling-off period, the process was unnecessarily complicated and dragged out for weeks. I had to send multiple emails just to get a return QR code and confirmation of cancellation, and even then, they continued to keep my account “active” and charged me for another box after I had already cancelled.
Customer service was evasive, repeatedly ignored clear requests, and failed to confirm cancellation promptly. This feels like a deliberate tactic to make returns difficult and retain payments. I would strongly advise avoiding this company — poor value for money, misleading practices, and terrible customer service.

Nice idea, but it is overpriced.

My puppy loves buster box. After enquiring if they catered for a young puppy they tailored his box for him to ensure he had puppy safe toys and treats. His favourite from his first box is the Xmas pud. We are both looking forward to the next box and more toys to play with which will entertain him and help reward him in his training alongside the puppy treats

The 4 star review rather than the one star is for customer service.
I am extremely disappointed with this company. I initially contacted them because I paid extra for "strong" toys, but the items I received were poor quality and would last no time at all.

After raising my concerns, I was told my subscription would be cancelled and a return label would be sent. Despite this written confirmation, the company has just taken over £35 from my bank account—less than a fortnight after the first payment.

This is an unauthorized transaction. Taking money after a cancellation is unacceptable business practice. I am still waiting for the promised return label and, more importantly, an immediate refund of my money.

Avoid this subscription unless you want money taken from your account without permission.

Buddy absolutely loves getting these boxes. 💯 % over the moon with busterbox. He loves the toys and he loves the treats.
Would highly recommend them 🐾

I was really disappointed with the BusterBox for my dog. For the price, I expected much better quality. The toys felt cheap and didn’t last long at all, and the overall contents just didn’t feel worth what I paid. My dog wasn’t very interested either, which was a shame. Unfortunately, I don’t think this box offers good value for money, and I won’t be repurchasing.

Everything with my first order was perfect. The bed is simply amazing, there wasn’t a toy my puppy didn’t enjoy. I’d highly recommend this subscription.

Stuff came very quick, Archie loves all the things that he got in the box, he isn't a fan of the treats but he's becoming very fussy.

Such a great box! I was very fortunate to receive the free bed and teddy bear blanket in our first box for our baby Brie and she is super happy with it and adores her toys too! Will 100% keep this going!

Im very happy with Busterbox. The customer service is really helpful, it is easy personalise the boxes, manage the account and deliveries, and the boxes provide a great variety of toys and treats for my dogs at a good price.

Poppy loved her first box 🥰. Brilliant value for money and love the free bed too. She is super excited for her next box to arrive
