What a wonderful experience

What a wonderful experience. Business Owner Jo was lovely to deal with and couldn't have been more helpful. My bag arrived in great condition, and I really love it - such a distinct piece that I certainly wouldn't have been able to find from any fast fashion brand! I really couldn't recommend By Elleven more highly - even if you are on the other side of the world like me (Australia). Shipping was relatively quick and worth it for such beautifully curated vintage pieces.

Excellent quality clothes

I have bought 4 or 5 items or clothing from ByElleven. All have been of fantastic quality and the service has always been fantastic.
Quick delivery and I love the hand written note.

Amazing pre-loved service

Absolutely gorgeous! I couldn’t wait to wear my vintage blouse so wore it on an office day, (why save it for ‘best’?!). The detailing of the blouse; the slightly padded shoulders, the double breasted buttons, just beautiful. You can just tell it was picked with care. For people wanting to wear pre-loved, Jo does the hard work for us! Can’t wait to see future drops.
