Company's cleaning intervention in my rental farmhouse
Company did an intervention in my rental home (Hasselt), as per an agreed quotation. Myself I live abroad and was not present at the time of intervention, however I did have the opportunity to check soon afterwards at site, what they had done, and how. Result was simply ridiculous! All that was mentioned in the quotation looked simply not cleaned at all -- dirty, greasy and grimy. And they had, unfortunately, been paid already. Further, in spite of my several attempts to communicate with them and get some answers, the company refuses to communicate on this matter. I have plenty of pictures, taken myself, that clearly show what a joke their intervention has been versus quotation and work plan. Terrible and frustrating experience.
