Per la seconda volta provo a prendere un'auto a Napoli. La prima volta, per 10 minuti di ritardo, operatrice al telefono mi ha detto che la mia prenotazione non esisteva più, proponendomi una nuova prenotazione a prezzi quintuplicati. La seconda volta, mi voleva applicare un supplemento discutibile. Premesso che poteva avere ragione, quello che si nota è una arroganza non comune. Lasciateli perdere, ci sono centinaia di noleggi in aeroporto.

Every 2-3 months I hire a car at C-Rent, Naples Airport. Extremely good value for your money and nice people. From the terminal you can just walk to their office about 350-400mt. Just make a video while observing the car conditions and the level of petrol. Moreover, visit the fantastic truly Neapolitan bar at the other side of the road, or the pizzeria next door!

Ho prenotato tramite broker (ma meglio prenotare con società conosciute, che noleggiano direttamente) per le 8 di venerdì 17 ottobre presso il C-RENT di NAPOLI, VIA AMERIGO VESPUCCI 107. Per una serie di circostanze sono riuscito a presentarmi allo sportello alle 9.20 e mi sono sentito rispondere che la prenotazione era decaduta. Premessa la scarsa trasparenza (nel senso che nemmeno l’impiegato è stato in grado di trovare sul contratto la clausola che prevedeva la decadenza della prenotazione se non avessi ritirato l’auto entro le 9), è stato sconfortante il totale disinteresse dell’impiegato nell’aiutarci a risolvere la situazione. Tant’è vero che siamo dovuti ricorrere ad altro noleggiatore. Esperienza pessima e figura pessima dell’autonoleggio C-RENT di NAPOLI, VIA AMERIGO VESPUCCI 107 che, naturalmente, SCONSIGLIO A TUTTI! Il simpatico impiegato è stato perfino iettatore dicendo che SE NON CI FOSSIMO SBRIGATI a raggiungere la sede presso cui avevamo prenotato il il nuovo noleggio, probabilmente non ci avrebbero consegnato l’auto. Con il nuovo noleggiatore abbiamo poi appurato che la tolleranza sull’orario del ritiro di un’auto noleggiata, per legge, è di due ore rispetto all’ora prevista quindi C-RENT di NAPOLI, VIA AMERIGO VESPUCCI 107, per 40 euro (somma concordata per il noleggio) che si è (ovviamente) tenuto, ha il merito di aver indotto questa recensione che spero convinca il numero più elevato possibile di persone a rivolgersi altrove.

Dos coches: en uno nos dicen que nos devuelven los 1500€ de fianza y no lo han hecho. El otro nos lo arañaron y no nos envían los papeles para cobrar del seguro lo que nos cobraron (1490€)
Son unos estafadores

Made 2 bookings with this company for a family holiday. Our flight was unfortunately delayed however knowing how strict car hire places are with pick up times, we called before we took off to let them know we would be late. We were told we had to amend our booking online, as it was so close to pick up time this was not possible so I sent an email which was ignored. When our flight was delayed further I sent another email advising the new pick up time of 19:30 which was again ignored. My cousin in Italy tried to phone them all afternoon to confirm they had received the email and they don't pick up the phone. We got there just before 8pm and they were shut. We were then stranded at Naples airport with a 4 month old baby at 8pm. Absolutely terrible customer service, if they had replied to me, my family in italy could have made other arrangements for us. Thankfully there is a wonderful car hire place a couple of doors down - Frank in Go - who despite us not having a booking arranged 2 cars for us. I would never use C Rent again or recommend anyone to.

Didn’t tell us we couldn’t drive the Amalfi coast on certain days, so when we did we got pulled over and paid a fine, which we settled before we left Italy. Now 6 months later they message me to say there’s another fine and they are charging my card without my permission, JUST TO TAKE A FEE FOR THEM! Not to pay the fine for us, just to pass on the fine to us. No explanation what the violation was and when questioned about this were very rude, telling me it’s my problem and i can deal with the police. When told they were very rude for customer service they told me ‘maybe I’m the one who is rude and that they can’t spend all their time on me’. Now I’m €50 down and still have no idea how much this other fine is for being 6 months old and when it’s going to arrive at my door. DO NOT RENT WITH THIS COMPANY. It’s not worth the hassle.

⚠️ Arnaque organisée à fuir absolument !

J’ai loué une voiture chez B Rent à l’aéroport de Naples, et c’est de loin la pire expérience de location que j’aie vécue.

➤ On m’a remis une Fiat Panda alors que j’avais réservé une catégorie C (leur propre site classe ce modèle en catégorie A). Ils n’ont rien voulu savoir.
➤ Les deux sièges auto pour enfants, facturés deux fois le prix de la location, étaient sales, non Isofix et dangereux (endommagés).
➤ La seule fois où j’ai garé la voiture dans la rue, elle a été rayée à la clé sur tout le côté, alors qu’elle était bien stationnée.
➤ En rendant la voiture, j’ai découvert que plusieurs véhicules sur leur parking présentaient exactement les mêmes rayures, et j’ai même trouvé un tracker GPS dissimulé à bord !
➤ Ils m’ont ensuite facturé 1 400 € pour la rayure.

Tout laisse penser à une pratique organisée pour surfacturer des dommages imaginaires.

Je vais saisir le Centre Européen des Consommateurs pour signaler cette agence

J’invite tous les voyageurs à fuir B Rent Napoli!

Pessima esperienza.
Gli uffici non si trovano all interno dell aeroporto , ma “fuori” dall’aeroporto a 15/20 minuti con la macchina.

Molto di più ) se arrivate dopo le 20:00 pagate una penale di 50€.
Avevo prenotato Una macchina per le 19:00 e il tizio è arrivato a prenderci alle 21:30.
E’ ho dovuto pagare 50€ per un ritardo loro.
Il signore napoletano è davvero molto MALEDUCATO E CAFONE, ma cosa ti vorresti aspettare da una come lui ?
NON AFFITTATE NESSUNA MACCHINA SE NON VOLETE PERDERE L’AEREO E NON VOLETE USCIRE ULTERIORI SOLDI.
Scappate.

Una vera è propria truffa . Diffidate assolutamente. Ci hanno truffato i soldi e chiedono soldi su soldi per qualsiasi cosa che non trovi scritto , per favore non affittate qua sia a Napoli che a Roma. Sono un’associazione a delinquere. Io l’ho denunciati

De auto was prima. Vandaar toch 2 sterren i.p.v. 1.
Maar ons gevoel bij dit bedrijf en de hele gang van zaken maakt dat wij C Rent zeker niet aanbevelen.

De medewerker bij de vestiging van Rome Fiumicino kwam ons ophalen bij het vliegveld en zat onderweg constant op twee telefoons te appen tijdens het rijden. Hij sprak erg slecht en snel Engels (of wat daar voor door moest gaan) en werd toen we op kantoor waren al heel snel ongeduldig omdat ik hem niet begreep.

Daarnaast probeerde hij ons, door ons bang te maken, een tweede precies dezelfde verzekering aan te smeren, die we via DoYouItaly (ook geen aanrader!) bij de boeking al hadden afgesloten.

Verder heeft hij ons waarschijnlijk dubbel laten betalen voor het terugbrengen van de auto voor openingstijden. Die had ik tijdens het boeken ook al betaald, maar ik kon dat ter plekke niet bewijzen omdat bleek dat ik geen factuur of betalingsoverzicht van DoYouItaly had ontvangen. Vandaar dat ik ook daar nooit meer terugga.

Vervolgens kregen we een redelijk nieuwe auto mee, die wel al de nodige schade had. Normaal gezien loop je dan samen die auto na en onderteken je een verklaring waar op staat welke schade al aanwezig was. Maar nee, hij gaf ons de sleutels en zei dat we zelf maar foto's en video's moesten maken. Kortom: om achteraf dus zelf (hopelijk) te kunnen bewijzen welke deuken en krassen er al op zaten. Dat voelde niet echt lekker.

Toen het na onze vakantie ook nog eens 3 weken duurde voordat we onze borg van € 1500 terugkregen, verwachtte ik al half een soort van claim voor "opgelopen schade", die er niet was. Dat gebeurde gelukkig niet. Maar contact over wanneer ik de borg kon terug verwachten verliep ook uiterst moeizaam, ontwijkend en kortaf.

De volgende keer betaal ik liever iets meer bij een gerenommeerd autoverhuurbedrijf waarvan ik weet dat ik wel fatsoenlijk wordt behandeld. Dus ik raad iedereen aan om ver bij C Rent uit de buurt te blijven.

Al di là dell'opinione su questa azienda, ho trovato un ragazzo "Francesco" a Fiumicino, gentile disponibile e professionale, nonostante la situazione fosse tutt'altro che facile, solo, a gestire consegne e ritiri, lui è sempre riuscito a mantenere la calma e la cordialità con i clienti. Bravo, quando le persone fanno l'azienda. Francesco.

Would definitely recommend!
Came into the shop after walking down from the airport after landing half an hour later than expected. Paid with debit card for the weeks hire, with baby seat and full insurance 400€. They gave us a Fiat Panda Hybrid manual, it was freshly cleaned and had quarter of a tank of fuel in it. No issues for the week at all, drove a good 600+km, going from town to town, through the amalfi coast. Upon return I filled up to half way, handed over the keys and signed out. Perhaps I had such a good experience as I had paid up front as didn't have access to a credit card. But the girl on the front desk was very helpful and smiley

Машину орендуєш , можеш прийти а її немає, тебе ганяють приїдь тоді, або тоді… пропонують механіку ,коли ти бронював автомат, одним словом ніколи більше,
Не рекомендую це смердовоз!
Бензин 1/5 в баку якщо ти далеко від заправки можна й не доїхати! Жахливий сервіс- тобто відсутній!!!!!!!!більше того страховка повне покриття, не покриває повністю! Омивайки для скла немає, постійно вибиває , що потребує сервісу! Crent ужас ! Не беріть тут машини!

NO TIENE NOMBRE ESTA EMPRESA, NOS RECOGIÓ UN SEÑOR EN UNS FURGONETA, ESTUVIMOS ESPERANDO A UNA FAMILIA DE ESPAÑOLES QUE NO ENCONTRABAN EL PUNTO DE RECOGIDA Y LOS INSULTO TODO LO QUE PUDO.
DESPUES MIENTRAS NOS LLEVABA AL LUGAR DE RECOGIDA DEL COCHE IBA CON EL MOVIL MANDANDO MENSAJES SIN MIRAR A LA CARRETERA. NUESTRO COCHE NO ESTABA, NOS OFRECIA UNO MAS PEQUEÑO, MÁS BARATO PERO NOSOTROS TENÍAMOS QUE PAGAR LO MISMO. SE PUSO A GRITAR COMO UN ENERGÚMENO, HUBO QUE LLAMAR A LA OLICÍA, QUE ME PREGUNTÓ SI HABÍA BAHIDO VIOLENCIA FÍSICA YA QUE ALLÍ YA SE HABÍA DADO CON BASTANTE FRECUENCIA. LA POLICÍA NO APARECÍA, EL COCHE TAMPOCO Y NOS MARCHAMOS CINCO HORAS Y MEDIA DESPUES ME MANDA UN MENSAJE EL PIRAO DE LA EMPRESA DICIÉNDOME QUE YA TIENEN EL COCHE, CUANDO YA NOS HABÍAMOS IDO. TUVIMOS QUE COGER UN UBER, TUVE QUE SER ASISTIDA DE ANSIEDAD Y PERDER ESE DÍA DE ENRADAS. NO LO RECOMIENDO. MALÍSIMA EXPERIENCIA, PUEDE SER MÁS BARATO PERO AL FINAL VAS A TENER QUE PAGAR MÁS SI O SÍ. VE DIRECTAMENTE A UNA CONOCIDA Y NO TE LA JUEGUES. ESTO ES COMO UN RASTRO DE COCHES RUMANOS. ESTAMOS ESPERANDO QUE NOS DEVUELVAN EL DINERO, PERO YA NOS AMENAZO EL CHICO DE QUE NO NOS DEVOLVERÍAN NADA.

Upon arrival, we immediately mentioned that we had a reservation, which seemed to cause some confusion. There were three men present, none of whom spoke English. Using Google Translate on a phone, we were told to be patient. When we asked “how long and why,” they simply shrugged their shoulders. After waiting for half an hour, we were “kindly” asked for a driver’s license and passport, and it turned out that the car—which had already been parked in front when we arrived—was available for us.

The car was okay, not clean and not fully refueled, but it did get us to our destination.

In summary: unfriendly, non-English-speaking staff, a long wait, and no clear explanation why.

Ho affittato una macchina .Sono rimasto meravigliato dell'efficienza ,della professionalità del sig.Davide ed ho scoperto che anche affittare una macchina, gesto ormai quasi tecnico e banale,si è rivelato con la professionalità di Davide,un evento piacevole che mi porterà a diventare cliente fisso.

I am a lady on my own in a mountain region in Italy . The car won't start and i have been told by C Rent to jump start the car with cables (yet i haven't been able to locate any so maybe they forgot to supply them) OR to push it!! How am i supposed to push it by myself and also be in the car at the same time!! Again.. they must have forgotten to supply me with a robot driver or robot pusher!!!
It is parked on a side of a mountain facing the mountain edge. How i am meant to push it snd be in the car at the same time when i am on my own and not end up a casualty at the bottom of the mountain?? Then they said i didn't have cover, yet i bought the top package. They then said If i was in Naples (where i hired the car) they would come and help me but as I'm 1.5hrs away they refused to come out Will never hire from them again, the worst service ever and i hire cars in Italy at least 3 times a year.

Non avendo mai noleggiato un'auto non sapevo una serie di cose che probabilmente sono fondamentali e comunque scritte nelle richieste. Sostanzialmente si sono presentato solo con la patente ed il bancomat, mentre per l'assicurazione servivano anche una carta di credito e la carta d'identità. Per fortuna molto professionalmente il sig. Davide ha trovato la soluzione per tutto e mi ha offerto una kasco, un po' cara, ma che è riuscito a giustificare rendendola meno pesante.

Ottima assistenza in loco con operatori professionali e rapidi .Sono contesti in cui la tempistica conta molto ed in particolare Davide si è dimostrato efficente nelle operazioni di organizzazione e consegna del veicolo .
