I received my necklace and it is absolutely beautiful!

One of the pieces of jewellery that I received nearly a year ago unfortunately lost its stone! I emailed enquiring about the warranty on the necklace, the team were so helpful! Gabi in particular dealt with my query, she was so understanding and I received a replacement necklace 2 days later!! Outstanding service.

Positive experience with the whole purchase journey being enjoyable. I was extremely happy with the smooth process and customer service and communication was outstanding.

I have purchased multiple items from Raena stones now and love all of them!.
I have the Bella necklace in two different colours, my first Bella I wore for over a year and never took it off.
My gem in my ring recently snapped out! I contacted Reana stones and their customer service has been fabulous. They have been so kind to send me a new one. I am so appreciative and couldn’t recommend them enough!

Necklace and bracelet arrived quickly. They were packaged so beautifully. Pleased with purchase.

First off, I had seen their ads in my Facebook feed but was hesitant about ordering. What if they didn't have the "feel" of fine jewelry, or the sparkle? It's hard to tell those things from a video. What if it takes a month to ship? Well, I finally gave in and ordered a couple of necklaces and bracelets as a birthday gift to myself.

The packaging is nicer than I've received in fine jewelry stores.
The jewelry is absolutely stunning! The weight of the pieces are perfect and luxurious and the color is spot on! The links are smooth and don't pinch at all. I was so taken that I blasted my coworkers and they hustled to my office and then promptly placed orders of their own (and I ordered even more, of course).
This company is the real deal and their communication is handled by real people, not bots, not AI. They have me as a customer for as long as they like! Thank you Raena for delivering on what you advertise. You made my Birthday!!

I love everything about my necklace, bracelet, and bangle. The customer service is incredibly courteous and kind. I even received extra gifts (plural) afterward. Delivery to Germany is absolutely no problem, no customs fees! The jewelry is very high quality and unique. And... I never get so many compliments on any other piece of jewelry.

I bought a beautiful necklace and bracelet for my daughter for Christmas. She absolutely loved the them, she has received so many compliments. Recently her bracelet snapped and I let them know, immediately got a reply saying how sorry they were this happened and is sending a free replacement. Where do you get quality and service like that. So the quality of the jewelry is absolutely unmatched, I've bought multiple things from them! Excellent customer service, fast shipping and a beautiful well made products. I just received my necklace so I’ll be back here to report (hopefully) the claim of water protection. I love necklaces that I don’t have to remove to shower. So far I’m completely happy with this purchase.

Ordered a bangle which was a discounted item, it was absolutely beautiful but unfortunately the clasp wasn’t securing properly. Gabi was so helpful in arranging a replacement really quickly and with no hassle. Lovely customer service and beautiful jewellery!
